Fixer Upper fans will not be disappointed with the new and revamped version, Fixer Upper: Welcome Home. The show is premiering tomorrow on Discovery Plus and there is now a sneak peek that Chip and Joanna Gaines fans can enjoy.

Chip and Joanna Gaines have built an empire from the unlikely location of Waco, Texas. While they owned the Magnolia Market in Waco years ago, most people came to know the entrepreneur couple from the show Fixer Upper, which quickly became a favorite of fans of the home renovation genre. On Fixer Upper, they would show potential homeowners several homes with potential. The homes did need work. Once the couple decided on and purchased one of the fixer-uppers, the Gaines helped to perform magic by transforming them into dream homes. Since then, they’ve developed their Magnolia brand into a powerhouse featuring product lines in large retail chains, and even an entire network of shows on The Magnolia Network, which have recently launched on Discovery Plus.

The new shows on The Magnolia Network cover a broader range, as they expand into cooking and self-improvement. They do not disappoint fans of Fixer Upper, as one of the new shows finds the crafty couple going back to their roots with Fixer Upper: Welcome Home. In this new version, there is less focus on finding the home. Instead, they help homeowners, who have already purchased houses that need work. Chip and Joanna deliver makeover magic. If the sneak peek is any indication, the homeowners coming to them are even more daring than the ones they helped in the past. While fans may worry about missing out on the thrill of the house hunt, this clip from the first episode shows there is still more than enough excitement to go around.

In the first episode, which appears to be Fixer Upper meets Hoarders, the transformation is one of the most shocking yet. In the premiere episode, respected philanthropists Chip and Joanna Gaines help newlyweds Lucas and Laney transform a home that has been abandoned for 10 years. The show’s stars, who thought they’d seen everything over the years, admit the home is the worst they’ve seen yet. This makes it all the more exciting for viewers, who get to see if they can in fact pull off one of their signature transformations. This first episode drops tomorrow Friday, January 29 on Discovery Plus. Subsequent episodes will be released weekly on Fridays throughout February.

If that’s not enough Fixer Upper franchise content to satisfy fans, there is a second spin-off that veers even further from the original format. In First Time Fixer, Chip and Joanna follow and assist (often virtually) first-time renovators with the makeovers. An upside to this format is that they are able to take on house renovations all over. Previously, they were limited to the Waco area, where the Gaines reside with their five children, including a face new to fans (their most recent addition, 2-year-old, Crew Gaines). The kids make frequent appearances on several shows. Whether you are someone who just can’t get enough of Joanna Gaines’s unique aesthetic, are a home improvement fan, are a first-time renovator looking for tips, or are just a fan of the Gaines family, Fixer Upper: Welcome Home is worth checking out.
