One of Fortnite Season 5 Week 13’s challenges requires brave players to travel into the unknown: the Zero Point. For players who have been following this season’s storyline, the Zero Point is what Agent Jonesy is trying to keep people away from. However, this week players are being rewarded for going against Jonesy’s wishes and entering the Zero Point.

There are seven new challenges players can complete in Fortnite Season 5 week 13, and most of them are as simple as visiting a location. Some challenges require players to interact with other players, but most of them can be completed without even picking up a gun. That’s the case for the challenge that requires players to enter the Zero Point once. This guide will show players where the Zero Point is located and how they can easily complete this challenge.

Entering The Zero Point In Fortnite Season 5

If players have been participating in Fortnite Season 5 before now they will likely have noticed a giant ball of fractured light suspended in the middle of the map. It’s located in the middle of the desert above a small pool of loot where not too many players land. This ball of light is the Zero Point, and it is what players will need to enter to complete this challenge. This can be done in one of two ways. Players can either put this challenge off until later in a match and take their chances building up to it (which requires a lot of materials), or players can fly into it at the beginning of the match. The easiest way is for players to make the Zero Point their drop location when launching from the Battle Bus. Players can glide directly into it and complete the challenge before the match really gets going.

There is really only one hazard when doing it the easy way and that is if other players have landed beforehand and take aim at incoming players while they are gliding. However, this likely won’t stop players from completing the challenges, and if the players do take a couple hits on their way down the Zero Point will spit them out with near full health. The other downside is that the Zero Point drops players right below it once they’ve entered meaning players likely won’t have much of a match unless they were the first to enter the light ball.

Fortnite is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android devices.
