Fortnite: How to Unlock the Spacefarer Ariana Grande Skin

The Spacefarer Ariana Grande skin is a new variation to a classic Fortnite costume. Ariana Grande has surprisingly been a prevalent character within Fortnite. When she was first announced, players were able to unlock her custom skin and visit one of her live concerts. This time around in season 8, players can accept quests from Ariana Grande as a fast way to level up in Fortnite season 8. She also comes along with a new design that players can grab. Her Spacefarer design features Ariana Grande holding a laser pistol while her ponytail comes outside of her space helmet.

This Fortnite skin also comes along with a Captain A. Grande variant. Like many other special skins in the game, many of them have unlockable variant versions with new animations or design elements. In order to unlock the Captain A. Grande variant, players will need to complete all of Ariana Grande’s challenges. She is an active NPC in season 8 and features five challenges of her own.

• Collect Symbols from eliminated Cube Monsters
• Reveal the Command Symbol

Players can find Ariana Grande’s Fortnite season 8 location before or after grabbing the Spacefarer Ariana Grande skin and its Captain A. Grande variant. In order to unlock the base skin, players will need to head over to the Item Shop. This is currently the only way for players to unlock the Spacefarer skin.

Unlocking The Spacefarer Ariana Grande Skin in Fortnite

The Spacefarer Ariana Grande Fortnite skin can only be unlocked if the player purchases from the Item Shop using their V-Bucks. Players can either pick up the skin individually or grab the entire bundle. This is how much each item will cost the player.

• Spacefarer Ariana Grande Skin: 2,000 V-Bucks
• Spacefarer Lightscythe: 800 V-Bucks

For those who own the Battle Pass, using Battle Stars to prioritize V-Bucks in each Battle Pass page will quickly earn the player tons of V-Bucks. Players can also look into subscribing to the Fortnite Crew Membership. Each month, players are given 1000 V-Bucks for their active subscription. Once players pick up the skin, players can immediately equip it or send it directly to their inventory. The Spacefarer Ariana Grande skin likely will not remain in the store for long. It is common for skins to fall in and out of rotation often. Players can commit to buying the entire bundle or unlock the skin exclusively.
