Raven has joined Fortnite Season 8 with new quests in a brand-new location. One of the main ways to level up in Fortnite Season 8 is to complete the various challenges provided by the NPCs on the map. As the season progresses, Fortnite will continue to add more NPCs to the map who offer players themed quests. During the Fortnitemares event, players are able to encounter a Containment Specialist who originates from the Ghostbusters series. Raven is another NPC to be added to Fortnite this month.

Before players can start this questline, they will need to make sure they have space available in their Quest Log. Players are only able to carry five Character Quests at a time. However, players can unlock more spaces quickly by sharing Fortnite quests with their friends. If there is a space available, players can open the Quest Tab and select Raven from the list of characters. Choosing a character in this menu will pin their exact location on the map. In the case of Raven, players will be able to find him in between Sludgy Swamp and Misty Meadows.

Raven’s Quests and Location in Fortnite Season 8

Since this location is right in between two Named Locations that are typically highly populated, the best thing to do would be to land in this location from the Battle Bus directly. At the start of the match, players can skydive directly to the location on the map. The NPC icon will become clearer on the mini-map the closer the player gets to Raven. All the player has to do is approach Raven and talk with him to accept his first challenge.

For Raven’s first challenge, players will need to destroy Sideways rocks. They can look at the map and locate the orange spheres to find the Sideways in Fortnite Season 8 matches. Tons of Raven’s challenges require players to enter the Sideways, and the next one will be automatically added to the player’s Quest Log after completing the one preceding it. This way, players may be able to complete more than one challenge in a single match and earn as much XP as possible.
