There aren’t very many items involved in Fortnite Season 6’s new crafting system, and a few of the items are pre-existing items that players should already be familiar with. However, the Stink Sac is a new crafting component that can only be found by hunting certain creatures. This guide will show where Stink Sacs can be found and what they’re used for.

Fortnite Season 6 has taken The Island back to its primal roots, and that includes its inhabitants combining bones and scrap metal to make powerful weaponry. The Island has undergone a lot of changes and wild animals have started to inhabit rural areas of the map. Players can tame these animals to assist them in battle or hunt them to forage for meat, bones, and other materials. One of the new wild animals serves a less versatile purpose but is the only source of a rare component that players might need to craft special weapons.

Where To Find Stink Sacs In Fortnite Season 6

Stink Sacs can only be obtained one way and that’s by hunting frogs. Frogs are one of the new wild animals and can be found hopping along rivers and shorelines. They are never found too far from a water source, so players hunting frogs will easily come across a few if they walk along the river. In order to get a Stink Sac from a frog, players will have to kill them. They don’t have a large amount of health, but they are fast and agile which makes them harder to hit. Frogs don’t drop meat or bones like other animals, but will always drop one Stink Sac when killed.

Stink Sacs only have one purpose and that is to be combined with a Primal Bow in order to make a Stink Bow. The Stink Bow can also be crafted by combining a Primal Bow with a Stink Fish, but hunting frogs is a much more reliable way of collecting the required components. The Stink Bow will fire an arrow that explodes in a cloud of stink on impact. This cloud has a similar effect as Stink Grenades as it will damage players inside it until it dissipates. It may not be as deadly as the Mechanical Explosive Bow, but it will keep enemies on the move.

Fortnite is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android.
