The 1.5 update for Genshin Impact, “Beneath the Light of Jadeite,” will be arriving at the end of this month. The upcoming content includes new playable characters, fun events, a housing system, and a whole lot more – as well as the usual new Artifacts and weapons expected when a new version of the open-world RPG releases. For eager fans wanting to know more, here’s everything confirmed for Genshin Impact 1.5.

Thanks to the Genshin Impact 1.5 beta test, a lot of this information from today’s livestream leaked early. New Artifacts include the Pale Flame and Tenacity of the Millelith sets, with Pale Flame focusing on ATK and Elemental stats and Tenacity of Millelith improving Shield Strength. Windtrace is a new event that will bring more hide-and-seek elements into the game to play with friends.

Other new events coming with the update include the Hangout Events Series 2, where players can spend more time with Diona and also continue Noelle’s Hangout storyline. A Teapot To Call Home and Energy Amplifier Initiation will also keep things feeling fresh over the course of the 1.5 content, and Battlefront: Misty Dungeon will offer up another Domain in which players can test their mettle.

Confirmed Characters, Housing, & More For Genshin Impact 1.5

Thanks to the latest official livestream and a 1.5 trailer, fans now know what to expect in the new update. As usual, a lot of attention is on the new playable characters, and the latest reveals didn’t disappoint. Both Eula and Yanfei are confirmed for Version 1.5 of Genshin Impact, and Zhongli is getting a Banner rerun. Yanfei will be a part of the Zhongli rerun, while Eula will be a Banner character a later time.

After being announced by miHoYo prior to Genshin Impact’s release, the long-awaited housing system will finally be coming to the game. Players can choose to build their homes in one of three locations for now, and can earn rewards by crafting furniture and decorating their own home Domains. The new crafting and housing elements are some of the biggest new features coming to Genshin Impact, and each should offer even more unique experiences to how people play the game outside of combat and the main storyline.
