Genshin Impact Housing System Used To Build Darkest Way To Heal Party

A dastardly Genshin Impact player has found a disturbing way restore their party’s health using a disturbing home fixture. The action RPG from developer miHoYo was released in September 2020, taking place in the fantasy world of Teyvat, which players are able to explore with a team of heroic companions. These bands of heroes fight enemies and often need to take advantage of healing at structures around Teyvat known as Statues of The Seven. These landmarks can heal and revive allies out of combat as well as revive down allies while the rest of the party is in combat. Now, one player has figured out how to bring this healing effect right into their own home.

The latest update for Genshin Impact, referred to as Version 1.5, added a much-requested housing system to Genshin Impact. The add-on content allows players to build a home in one of three realms once they have unlocked the Serenitea Pot, an item that is acquired from Madame Ping in Liyue. This mystical item allows the player to enter their own personal Homeworld Domain, with players able to choose between three different realms: the mountainous Emerald Peak, the coastal Cool Isle, and the mystical Floating Abode. Players are then able to decorate their homes with pieces of furniture once they unlock the necessary blueprints and assemble the required materials. Players can craft individual pieces of furniture or assemble them into a matching set, and this decor can then be placed around the in-game home however the player wants.

Genshin Impact player and Reddit user Regalian has implemented an intricately disturbing way to heal their party from within their home. The game’s housing system allows players to purchase pets, such as cats and dogs, and Regalian’s healing system violently exploits these creatures to regain health. The homemade healing station uses craftable furniture in Genshin Impact to trap multiple pets in an enclosed space, and the playable character Jean can then attack these pets repeatedly without allowing them to escape. Jean’s unique abilities allow her to heal the entire party by attacking others, so by attacking their own pets the player is able to refill the entire group’s health.

While Genshin Impact Version 1.5 launched just recently, fans are already looking towards the game’s future. The game’s beta has resulted in a number of leaks for Genshin Impact Version 1.6, giving fans a look at more new additions coming to the game in the near future. The next update will add the large and highly anticipated region of Inazuma, which will feature several new playable characters such as Kazuha and Yoimiya. It is currently unknown when Version 1.6 will release, so it is likely that Genshin Impact fans will need to wait before getting their hands on new content.

Genshin Impact‘s new housing system is surprisingly complex, with players needing to acquire resources from various different places before they can assemble their dream home. The ability to place and position furniture anywhere in the house also allows for some in-depth decorating. This customizable house-building system allows players like Regalian to come up with truly creative, and malicious, home improvements.
