Genshin Impact: How to Get The Luxurious Sea-Lord Weapon

If players are looking for a new Claymore weapon in Genshin Impact, they may want to obtain the new Luxurious Sea-Lord weapon. This fun, fish-shaped weapon is new to Genshin Impact’s 2.1 version update, and stands out compared to other claymores thanks to its unique design.

Players can obtain this weapon through Genshin Impact‘s limited-time Moonlight Merriment Event. It’s unclear whether this weapon will be available once the event is over, so players who are interested in the weapon will want to play the event as soon as possible to make sure they don’t miss it.

To access the Moonlight Merriment event, players will need to be at least Adventure Rank 28, have completed the A New Star Approaches Archon Quest, and have completed the first chapter of Xiangling’s story quest. This Genshin Impact event will be available until October 10th.

How to Unlock and Use the Luxurious Sea-Lord Weapon

After players complete the preliminary part of Genshin Impact‘s Moonlight Merriment quest, which involves talking to several characters in Liyue along with Xiangling, they’ll be able to unlock Part I of the event. Players will have to complete all of Part I by following the quest prompts before they unlock Part II.

During Part II of the event, players will be able to collect Moonchase Charms and Mystmoon Chests, essential for unlocking the Luxurious Sea-Lord. After beginning the Moonlight Seeker portion of the event, players will want to find the NPC Linyang on Liyue Port. Players must ask her about the Moonchase Charm and Mystmoon Chest, and then they’ll be able to open their map to navigate their locations.

Players must collect all of these charms and chests, and then they’ll have enough to unlock Genshin Impact‘s Path for Stallwardt Stone on the Moonlight Merriment event page. Once this is selected, they simply need to go to the stated location and defeat a few hoards of opponents. Completing this path will unlock the Luxurious Sea-Lord weapon for players to enjoy! Completing the Trails of Delicacies path will unlock the item Emperor’s Balsam, which is used to ascend the weapon.

This 4-Star Claymore weapon has an ATK% additional stat, making it a great weapon for Genshin Impact characters like Sayu, Chongyun, Eula or Diluc. The weapon’s skill increases Elemental Burst DMG by 12%, and has a 100% chance of summoning a titanic tuna that deals 100% ATK as AoE DMG every 15s when a Burst hits an opponent. Because of this skill, this weapon is great for DPS Claymore users, allowing them to do even more damage than usual.
