Genshin Impact Yun Jin Hangout Ending 1: A Shame That the Road is Rocky

Yun Jin’s Hangout Event begins at the Adventurers’ Guild in Liyue. A woman named Yunning – the manager of the Yun-Han Opera Troupe – appears to be in distress at Yun Jin’s recent disappearance. The traveler agrees to take on the commission to search for Yun Jin at Lingju Pass, where he saves her from a Ruin Hunter and learns that she was attempting to achieve a state of mind similar to Genshin Impact’s Shenhe to improve her acting skills. Upon the return to Liyue Harbor, Yun Jin asks the Traveler to meet her at the Tea House following the end of her show.

They meet with supposed journalists from Fontaine, Shiyun, and Boyi. After answering some questions, Yun Jin feels suspicious of their intentions and tasks the Traveler with uncovering any secrets. Unfortunately, the Traveler loses sight of the pair and has to report back to Yun Jin early. Yun Jin expresses disappointment at not being able to speak with Shiyun further since she believes her deep understanding of performances could provide Yun Jin with inspiration. Yun Jin is then whisked off by Yunning after she discovers the potential scandal with the scheming tabloid.

Genshin Impact Yun Jin Hangout Ending 2: And Few Friends You Shall Find

The Traveler succeeds in following behind the journalists Shiyun and Boyi – who still insist they are from one of Genshin Impact’s teased regions, Fontaine. It is discovered that Boyi cares more about profiting off Yun Jin rather than spreading the truth, to Shiyun’s dismay. Boyi is the editor for a tabloid whose success depends on “giving readers what they want.” Bound by contract, Shiyun cannot deny Boyi’s demands.

The Traveler reports back to Yun Jin and explains everything to her. Yun Jin drafts a letter for the Traveler to deliver to Shiyun, detailing the invalidity of the contract. The Traveler, Yun Jin, and Shiyun confront Boyi and expose his schemes. Following Boyi’s hasty flee, it is discovered that Yun Jin had set the Millelith to follow the man back to the tabloid’s elusive headquarters to pay for his misdeeds. Yun Jin then agrees to let Shiyun conduct an official interview for an article to submit to a real publication company.

Genshin Impact Yun Jin Hangout Ending 3: Brought Together By Common Interests

After denying all interviews, Yun Jin treats the Traveler to the best foods in Genshin Impact. She takes the traveler to Chen the Sharp, a street food vendor. They enjoy barbecue together, followed by drinks that end up being a part of a Hot Pot game where the traveler needs to guess what ingredients Yun Jin adds to spice it up.

After their meal, the Traveler takes a photo of Yun Jin in front of the food cart. Yun Jin insists they should find a more suitable place for a picture of the Traveler, and they agree to meet up once Yun Jin finishes preparing. At the agreed-upon place, Yun Jin tells the Traveler to close their eyes. When the count down completes, the traveler opens their eyes in time for a surprise picture with the two of them together.

Genshin Impact Yun Jin Hangout Ending 4: The Cast Contemplates the Play’s Meaning

When the Traveler and Yun Jin return to Liyue in Genshin Impact, Yunning tasks the Traveler with keeping Yun Jin busy in order for her to avoid trouble before the next show. To do so, the Traveler announces the decision to become an actor, looking to Yun Jin for guidance. At the bridge by Feiyun Slope, Yun Jin decides the Traveler lacks expression in the first singing attempt. They then travel to the outskirts of Liyue to practice performance techniques.

One of these techniques involves imagining scenarios – such as the traveler’s fight against Osial – in order to provoke emotion. Under Yun Jin’s watchful eye, the Traveler trains with straw dummies, careful to only attack the intended targets. After a successful training session, Yun Jin admits that she knew of Yunning’s ploy to stall her until her next show. However, instead of expressing anger, Yun Jin uses this opportunity to better study Genshin Impact’s Traveler should their heroics be made into a play that she may one day perform.

Genshin Impact Yun Jin Hangout Ending 5: A Souvenir Without Sentiment is of Little Worth

At the end of their shared meal, Yun Jin asks the Traveler if they would like anything as a souvenir. At the request for an autographed photo, Yun Jin expresses disappointment since she is often asked for autographed photos from others. The Traveler then overhears other patrons of the food cart discussing their own autographed pictures from Yun Jin.

Yun Jin is less than pleased with the request; it is evident on her face. Yun Jin’s Hangout Event contains a total of five endings, though this ending is the only one that leaves Yun Jin in this much dismay. By completing all five endings, Genshin Impact players will be able to receive in-game rewards and photos to commemorate the time spent with Yun Jin.
