Following the recent release of God of War on PC, Steam players are taking to the reviews section to call for Bloodborne to also migrate to the platform. FromSoftware’s 2015 hit is a PS4 exclusive, but with more and more Sony games available across Steam and the Epic Games Store, players are hopeful that Bloodborne might also release on PC.

God of War is the latest Sony game to come to PC, following the success of previous PS4 exclusives including Death Stranding, Days Gone, and Horizon Zero Dawn. Originally released for PS4 in 2018, the new God of War experience offers a host of technical improvements for those with more advanced gaming set-ups, and can support Nvidia’s DLSS and Reflex technologies. The game also comes with a host of visual improvements and enhancements, with better graphics options for an ultra-realistic GoW experience with better lighting, shadows, and reflections. Another perk of a PC release means that creative modders can easily supplement the core game experience with bizarre and hilarious mods for God of War.

Reviewers on Steam are using the storefront to leave positive reviews for God of War PC – while also calling for FromSoftware’s Bloodborne to be the next Sony PC game. According to Twitter user dolphininspace, the game’s top review was at one point a comment asking: “How many more of these do I have to buy before Bloodborne?” Since then, multiple reviewers have also used Steam to ask for Bloodborne. Steam user ChiefSocio’s review reads: “Its [sic] cool. So when do we get Bloodborne?,” while :3 writes simply: “Berry cool. Now do Bloodborne.”

Previous leaks and rumors have claimed Bloodborne is coming to PC at some point, though nothing has yet been confirmed by Sony or FromSoftware. Despite only being a couple of days old, God of War PC has already surpassed both Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone in terms of its concurrent player count, which suggests it’s going to be a big hit for Sony. It’s possible that the high player numbers could be what the company needs to finally be convinced to bring Bloodborne to PC.

As evidenced by the Steam reviews as well as an ongoing outcry across social media, fans’ desire for Bloodborne on PC remains. Whether or not the game could be as popular as God of War PC remains to be seen, but as one of the most highly-requested PS4 ports, it seems that Sony would have a sure-fire hit on its hands. Until the company gives official word, fans at least have an unofficial Bloodborne demake on PC to look forward to.
