The hospital drama has some of the most epic love stories that have ever been seen on TV, from Meredith losing her love Derek to Owen and Teddy finally ending up together after knowing each other for years. Viewers mourn the break-ups of many beloved pairs while hoping that everyone finds the person who they’re meant to be with.

Grey’s Anatomy fans tend to agree on their favorite couples and they’re sharing their thoughts on Reddit, from some current relationships that are going well to past love stories that are sadly over.

10 Arizona And Callie

Reddit user jupitersely said “Callie and Arizona” are one of their favorite couples and many of the best Grey’s Anatomy episodes about Arizona have shown their beautiful and moving relationship.

Surviving a plane crash and dealing with a partner losing a limb would be hard on anyone, and it’s hard for fans to watch Callie and Arizona suffer after this tragic moment. The good news is that the couple seems to have gotten back together as the last time that viewers see Arizona, she’s heading to New York City to most likely be with Callie again.

9 Izzie and Alex

Reddit user Silky1111 loves “Alex and Izzie (the early years)” and while Reddit user mlj0820 voted for a few other relationships, the fan added, “I will always have a soft spot for Alex and Izzie.”

These characters have a lot in common as they’re both stubborn and full of passion, and while that doesn’t always make for a healthy relationship, it does seem like Alex is happy about his decision to be with Izzie again so they can raise their children together. Fans are still sad that Alex would leave Jo, while wondering if Izzie and Alex are really meant to be. It’s definitely a dramatic situation.

8 Meredith And Derek

Meredith and Derek are one of the most complex couples on Grey’s Anatomy and it would be hard not to vote for them as one of the show’s best pairs.

This couple struggles as Ben makes a major mistake and Bailey has to suspend him, but it seems like these hard times help them realize how much they love each other.

Teddy can’t stand the thought of Henry dying from his illness, so she asks him to marry her and use her health insurance. This is already the start of an epic romance since it’s such a compassionate and selfless act. Teddy and Henry do have feelings for each other after a while, and he tragically passes away. It’s their close and sweet friendship that fans love so much.

If fans wished that a Grey’s Anatomy couple could get more time together, they would be at the top of the list.
