In this remake of the 1950 film of the same name, Duff portrays Lorraine, second-eldest daughter of Tom and Kate Baker who struggle to look after their dozen kids and still find time for their career goals.

4 What Goes Up (2009) – 5.4

2009 was quite a big year for Hilary Duff, who also appeared in the film What Goes Up that year. The movie is set in the ’80s and focuses on a reporter covering the Challenger Space Shuttle launch. While investigating, the reporter becomes involved in the lives of a few local students.
