How Flip or Flop’s Tarek Reacted to Ex Christina’s Split With Husband Ant

Star of Flip or Flop Christina Anstead recently announced her split from husband Ant Anstead. She took to her Instagram and wrote, “Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate.” Right around that moment, her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa posted a happy picture with his fiancée Heather Rae Young and two kids.

The real estate investor Christina met her now ex-husband Tarek when both just entered the real estate industry. After keeping things professional for about a year, they fell in love and started dating in October 2006. While talking to a media outlet, Christina said, “The day Tarek and I officially started dating, which was October 9, 2006, we moved in together.” Three years later, they tied the knot, and in 2010, the couple welcomed their first child, daughter Taylor. The couple also got lucky enough to bag a reality TV series, Flip or Flop, in 2013. And then, in 2015, they were blessed with a baby boy, Brayden. But, things started to go downhill from 2016, and the couple decided to separate. The real estate tycoon Tarek filed for divorce in January 2017, citing irreconcilable differences. Christina said, “We weren’t able to properly communicate anymore. It got to the point where we weren’t even driving to set together.” The 37-year-old reality star moved on with Ant Anstead and got married to him in December 2018. The duo also had a son, Hudson London, in September 2019.

Now, Ant and Christina have decided to go separate ways. In an Instagram post, Christina wrote, “We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority.” Although Tarek hasn’t given any official statement reacting to this tragic news, he posted a family picture. The 39-year-old shared a smiling photo with his two kids and fiancée Heather Rae Young. He captioned the picture as “My Everything.” Check out the image below:

Some fans believed that Tarek was trying to rub his happiness in his ex’s face. A critic commented on the post, “Are you trying to stick it to Christina by posting so many photos of your kids with Heather?” Another one said, “You are so full of yourself while your ex is announcing the separation. Not classy.“

While some Flip or Flop fans think the post was in bad taste, others are supporting Tarek. They are commenting things like, “Tarek and Heather just became engaged. This is normal behavior for an engaged couple” and “oh good lord just let them be happy! i think you are so darn cute together! enjoy!” Well, the ex-couple Christina and Tarek share a friendly relationship. They moved on and started filming their show after their divorce. Perhaps, this picture might be just a coincidence and not a revenge post.
