IO Interactive’s Hitman 3 is the long-awaited conclusion to its World of Assassination Trilogy. As in previous games, Agent 47 travels to numerous locales and performs multiple assassinations. With its familiar-yet-fantastic stealth mechanics and high replay value, players can spend a lot of time with the game. But just how long does Hitman 3 actually take to beat?

Hitman 3 is already being praised as quite possibly the best Hitman entry yet, which is great news for fans who have been waiting to see how this newest trilogy concludes. As in Hitman and Hitman 2, though, there are only six levels launching with Hitman 3. This means some players may breeze through the content pretty quickly.

Many of these levels won’t be too much of a mystery, since IO Interactive revealed all six locations prior to Hitman 3‘s release. The real draw is how players interact with their surroundings to pull off these hits, and it’s one of the many reasons the game’s replay value is so high. Different methods mean different outcomes, so completing one level for the first time doesn’t necessarily mean players won’t go back to see how a different approach could change things up. So, how long does Hitman 3 really take to beat?

How Long It Takes To Beat All Of Hitman 3’s Levels

As in previous games of the trilogy, Hitman 3‘s levels each take around an hour or so to beat. So, realistically, players who want to speed through content can make it to the game’s ending in around six hours. However, 10-12 hours will likely be a better average for Hitman 3, since a lot of players may not speed through the levels as fast as possible. For those who want to replay levels and see everything the game has to offer, a playtime could reach into dozens of hours – possibly even nearing triple digits.

Longtime fans of Hitman games won’t be surprised by this. The levels are designed to be played over and over, and that really means players can spend as much time in Hitman 3 as they want. Completionists who want to unlock every trophy and achievement will definitely spend a lot more time in the game, whereas players only concerned with seeing the story will likely reach Hitman 3‘s ending at around the ten-hour mark.

As always, final playtimes come down to playstyles. Replaying Hitman 3‘s six levels over and over isn’t necessary for enjoying the game, but it is a lot of fun, and many players will want to take advantage of the game’s high replay value. For those who mostly stick with the story, though, Hitman 3 can be beaten in around 10 hours or less.
