It is up to Mario to save the Princess and the rest of the castle from King Olly, who has transformed the castle into his own origami creation. Ribbons are scattered around the land and it’s up to Mario to reach each ribbon and release its grasp. Here’s how players can defeat the Fire Vellumental in the game.

How To Beat The Fire Vellumental in Paper Mario: The Origami King

The goal is to navigate towards the center of the stage and use the Iron Boots to jump on the Fire Vellumental. The Fire Vellumental will place fire feathers across the board. Avoid these will navigating towards the center. Along the way, unlock the treasure chests to find Special Circle but don’t use them just yet. Repeat the process until the Fire Vellumental engulfed itself in flames. This should be around when the boss only has a quarter of its HP left. Now, head to the special circle and use the Water Vellumental ability to drench it with water. After this, use the 1000 Fold Arm ability to deliver the final blow.

Paper Mario: The Origami King features a new open world to explore. From the mountains to deep in the desert, Mario can explore the distance directly on foot. Also, this game features new partner characters that join Mario on his journey. Unlike in previous entries, these partners are only in the game for a limited time for story purposes.
