How to Earn Every Resident Evil Outfit in The Division 2

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is spicing things up with their new Resident Evil 25th Anniversary event. There are five new character skins that players can unlock throughout the event. These will be some heavy nostalgia hitters for fans of the franchise.

The five characters that players can unlock are Leon Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Rebecca Chambers, and Umbrella. Between these five there are three methods to getting the skins. Leon being the easiest in the bunch to get.

How to Get All Five Resident Evil Character Skins in The Division 2

On top of the five main character skins that players can get there are two standalone items that players can unlock as well. These are the jackets of Leon Kennedy and Jill Valentine. These items can be unlocked after unlocking the outfits through completing the S.T.A.R.S. daily projects. Doing these projects can also unlock the seven backpack trophies, four arm patches, and five weapon skins.

The easiest of the skins for players to gain in the event is Leon Kennedy’s. His is as simple as logging into the game during the event. This event lasts until February 22nd, but apparel event keys will only be accepted until February 15th.

Before going into detail on the rest of the skins, remember that a player must have the Warlords of NY and have completed the campaign of the game before they can unlock anything further. Afterward, they are free to go through the process of unlocking the rest of the outfits. There are two main ways of doing this, a payment method or a free but work-based method.

To purchase the skins, players simply need to buy the correct amount of premium credits and then buy a Resident Evil Event Key. Premium Credits have a conversion rate of one USD for 100 Premium Credits. However, if players wish to gain their Resident Evil Event Keys for free they will have to level up their agent’s SHD four times. Every fourth level equals out to one key.

The main thing to remember is that the key won’t buy one specific outfit or an extra piece of apparel. Instead, it is used to unlock a random one from the options available. Due to this, players may want to stick to the free method to ensure they aren’t wasting money on an item that they weren’t looking to get.
