After completing Shido’s Palace, Lavenza makes a return as a whole person to reveal the true identity of Igor. She assists Joker with the task of saving the world when the Metaverse and the real-world come together into one reality. Although, players can face her in a battle much later in the game. How To Find and Defeat Lavenza in Persona 5 Royal

The Lavenza fight can only be accessed in the new third semester of the game. To battle her, the player will need to have a route prepared for the final Palace of the game. Players will also need to defeat the twins before 12/22. Players will need to find her in Mementos before 2/2. When selecting who to bring for the fight, stay locked on a team. If the player attempts to switch teams mid-battle, she will end the fight. Here’s how to beat her.

Her fight can be broken down between 4 different phases. For the first three phases, the player will need to damage Lavenza with 5000 damage before 9 turns are up. If not, the fight will be over. Here’s how to deal with each phase.

  • Phase 1: She takes more damage after using a specific elemental attack. If she uses Fire, do Ice attacks. If she does Wind, use Electric. The best way to take her down in this phase is to play patient and pay attention to her weaknesses.
  • Phase 2: The player will need to deal Technical Damage to progress the fight. If not, the fight is over.
  • Phase 3: Lavenza will now take Physical and Gun Damage. If the player fails to land a Critical Hit at least once per turn, the fight is over.
  • Phase 4: No special attributes. Just wail on her to take her down. The player must defeat her within 12 turns.

Secret bosses are meant to test the player’s full capabilities in battle. Each of these is hidden deep, towards the end of the game to test the ability of the player. It is very likely that Lavenza will take a few attempts to take down but with practice, she will eventually fall.
