Spotlight Hours don’t increase the odds of finding a Shiny Pokémon, but they will increase the spawn rate of the featured Pokémon. From there, players need to find as many Minun in Pokémon GO as they possibly can.

Another way players can increase the amount of Minun they find is by using the Silph Road Nest Atlas in Pokémon GO. The Silph Road Nest Atlas can point players in the direction of the specific Pokémon’s nearest nest, where they’ll be able to find a high population of Minun. Although any Spotlight Hour is the preferred method because players don’t need to travel to specific locations, the Silph Road Nest Atlas can be a useful tool to finding and catching Shiny Minun in Pokémon GO.
