How To Find (& Catch) Shiny Plusle in Pokémon GO

The Shiny version of Plusle can be obtained in Pokémon GO, and there are a few methods players can use to find and catch it. Shiny Plusle is an Electric-type Pokémon that is weak against Ground-type and resistant to Flying-, Steel-, and Electric-type. Players that want to use Shiny Plusle in the Battle League can only include it on their team for the Great League because its max CP is under 2,500. In order to battle with Shiny Plusle, players will need to find and catch one.

The easiest way to find a Shiny Plusle is to visit a PokéStop and use a Magnetic Lure Module which attracts Electric-type Pokémon. Magnetic Lure Modules can be obtained through Special Research tasks or purchased from the in-game store for 180-200 PokéCoins. Players will likely need to encounter multiple Plusle to find the Shiny version, but using Pokémon GO‘s Magnetic Lure Module will make it much easier for players to find a lot of Plusle quickly.

Along with the Magnetic Lure Module, players can also use an Incense. Having both items active will increase the chances of players encountering Plusle, and it’s more likely one of them will be Shiny if players find a lot of them.
