Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is an action-adventure game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts that follows a Jedi Padawan named Cal Kestis. As he is hunted by the Empire, players will need to help him finish his Jedi training and restore the Jedi Order. Players will be able to find different collectibles, skins, and power-ups. There are also Life and Force Essences that can be collected to give Cal a boost and give him an advantage over the Empire.

Life Essences can be found in secret locations on every planet in Jedi: Fallen Order. Players will need to use different Force skills to access these secrets and increase their life limit in the game. This can make a big change when players need to fight powerful enemies. Players can always return to locations when they have unlocked new skills or when they are really desperate for a boost. Some may also not be able to be reached until the end of the game for story reasons.

How to Find all Life Essences in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Bogdo Sinkholes

The first Life Essence on Bogano is in the Bogdo Sinkholes. Walk along the path, and before going through the fan, turn right to go to a cave. Here, there is an Oggdo Bogdo guarding a Life Essence. Defeat the Oggdo Bogdo to collect the Life Essence, or make note of its location and return to it later when more skills are developed.

Subterranean Refuge

The second Life Essence in Bogano is in the Subterranean Refuge. This life essence can only be accessed if the player has received the Jedi flip. Go to the room in the Subterranean Refuge where the wall run skill was practiced. Here, there is a dirt slope with running walls ahead. Cross the slope using a flip and run, and turn around to wall run to another platform, and Force Pull a rope and swing to the other side of the room to get the Life Essence.

Gusty Bluffs

There are five Life Essences on Zeffo, and the first one is at Gusty Bluffs. Players will need to slow the first set of fans to reach the highest bluff. There is a meditation circle here. Take the path right and up to another set of fans, and slow them down to access the secret tunnels that lead to a Life Essence.

Venator Wreckage

At the Crash Site, there is Venator wreckage. The wreckage will be on the far side of the Crash Site. Climb it and follow the path to the left. Here is a giant tube that will lead to the Life Essence upgrade.

Tomb of Miktrull

Go to the large room in the Tomb or Miktrull and wall run through the middle. Turn around and use the Force push to move a Skungus into the wall and find the Life Essence.

Crash Site

Here, there is a crashed fighter to the right of the lake. Climb the secret rope in this area to reach an opening, and then use BD-1 to overcharge the panel and activate the pulverizers. Slow them down to stop them and climb up higher. Here is the Life Essence.

Auger Pulverizers

After exiting the tunnel with the pulverizers, there will be poles coming out of the ground to the left. Approach them, and then there will be a pulverizer below. Slow it down and drop down to it, and continue to slow and jump from pulverizer to pulverizer. Simply sprint and jump between them. At the end is a Life Essence.

Overgrown Pass

After exiting the Overgrown Pass, players will need to go to the Imperial Refinery. Use a Force push to make a walkway out of the pipe, and the Life Essence will be on the left.

Brother’s Bastion

Players will need to fight the Nightbrothers to reach Brother’s Bastion. Then, they will need to take a tunnel to the right of the workbench, where the Double-bladed Lightsaber can be found. Climb a vine wall to reach the Life Essence on an outside ledge.

Strangled Cliffs

Start in the Upper Strangled Cliffs and walk along the walkway to pass the locked door on the left. Here is a woodblock that can be Force pushed to reach the back of the room, and then drop it to the hallway below. Then, push it to the doorway and use it to climb up the wall. Drop down to unlock the door and access the Life Essence. Push woodblock from upper level to get to other side of locked gate

Crystal Caves

There are two Life Essences in the Crystal Caves. The player should have all of their Force abilities before reaching these locations. On the far side of the Crystal Cave, there is a meditation circle. Follow the path and then take the left path when it forks, and use the ropes and walls to reach and climb the ice wall. Go up and to the right, and there are beams that can be used to reach the Life Essence.

For the second Life Essence, return to the area where there is a forked path. Then, follow the right path. Slide and wall run to reach an area below the meditation circle, where there is a Life Essence waiting.
