Outriders has garnered a massive player base since releasing on Xbox Game Pass this month. Players are exploring the vast new world of Enoch and finding better gear around every corner. Mimicking Destiny’s looter-shooter mechanics, players will be increasing their overall firepower and armor rating to survive on higher world tiers. Higher world tiers equal better gear and so-on-and-so-forth until players finally reach the end-game.

Outriders simplifies crafting. Other modern RPGs feature overly complex crafting systems with convoluted ingredients and multiple pages to navigate; Outriders keep everything streamlined on one screen with a few needed materials. Titanium is an essential piece of crafting material players can find while exploring Enoch. This guide will go over how to find and farm Titanium in Outriders.

Outriders: Titanium Farming

According to in-game text, Titanium can be found on the bodies of dead elites. Titanium can also be obtained by dismantling Epic or Legendary gear. That should resolve the question of whether to sell or dismantle your gear. Perhaps sell unused uncommon/rare items, and dismantle unused Epic/Legendary items. There’s plenty of reason to dismantle Epic and Legendary items if they do not apply to the player’s class. For example, the Trickster is meant for close-combat; a Legendary sniper rifle won’t do them any good. They’re better of scrapping it for Titanium and upgrading their shotgun or sub-machine gun.

To farm Titanium effectively in Outriders, replay missions that involve multiple elite enemies. Not only will they drop Titanium, but they will also drop items that can be dismantled for Titanium. Make sure to play on the highest world tier difficulty available for more Titanium drops.

Outriders: What Does Titanium Do?

Titanium is, as mentioned, an essential piece of crafting material. Players will use Titanium in Outriders to upgrade their gear from Rare to Epic. However, the player’s equipment cannot be upgraded past Epic. Players will need to find Legendary gear out in the world.

Titanium increases gear’s overall level, which will improve its base stats like damage and armor. It’s important not to waste Titanium early on in Outriders. Looter-shooters like Outriders will always have a better piece of gear around every corner. Players’ main goal is to reach the end-game or soft-cap and then upgrade their equipment from there. It’s heartbreaking to sink resources into a weapon only to find a far superior piece on the next mission. Horde as many resources as possible, and don’t worry about crafting until later on.

Although Outriders had experienced some server issues upon launch, it is currently experiencing server stability across all platforms. Pick your favorite class and beginning grinding side-quest and elites to find as much Titanium as possible in Outriders. But remember, don’t waste it. Put it in the proverbial Titanium bank and forget about it until the end game.
