How To Find Gleamies In Ooblets (The Easy Way)

While each Ooblet is special in its own right and deserves to be loved just like every other Ooblet, Gleamies are far superior Oobletsand deserve to be loved more. However, Gleamies can be incredibly difficult to find and will cost the player a lot of time if they aren’t lucky. But the effort put in to find a Geamie is definitely worth the bragging rights the player will obtain as well.

Gleamies are described as “super fancy special looking Ooblets” which simply means a species of Ooblet that is a different color and that sparkles. There are three different color variants for each type of Ooblet. A normal Ooblet is its regular color. An Unusual Ooblet is a different color variant and is rare. And a Gleamie Ooblet is a different color and it has visible sparkles making it an incredible rare Ooblet to find. A Gleamie doesn’t have any special abilities or moved during dance battles. They are just a rare color variant that players can possibly find while traveling around Badgetown.

How To Get Gleamie Ooblets

Every in-game day a new batch of Ooblets will be scattered around Badgetown. Players will be alerted at the beginning of each day as to which Ooblets are available to dance battle that day. When players are shown the available Ooblets they will be able to tell if any Unusual Ooblets are available by looking at the color of that Ooblet. A player should then find where that unusual Ooblet is located and see if it is sparkling. If it is, then it is actually a Gleamie Ooblet.

For a player to get their own Gleamie they will need to battle that Gleamie Ooblet. These dance battles are significantly harder than normal dance battles, but they will reward the player with a seed well worth the effort. After the Gleamie is defeated, accept the seed from the Ooblet and then plant it. Water it each day until it is fully grown and then the player has their very own Gleamie.

While Gleamies may not be any more useful in battle, they are useful on the farm. If a Gleamie is assigned to an Oobcoop they will begin to produce Oobsidian items which are fairly rare. Having multiple Gleamies on the player’s farm will result in a lot of Oobsidian items being produced automatically. In addition to their craftiness, Gleamie Ooblets are really cool and they are great to flaunt to all the player’s friends.
