Cyberpunk 2077 is full of secrets. From the not-so-hidden tarot graffiti cards to obscure areas that encourage players to explore Night City’s plethora of nooks, CD Projekt’s newest title gives gamers a lot to accomplish and discover. While navigating Night City, however, meticulous adventurers may come across a room that pays homage to Cyberpunk 2077’s developers. Those who are less inclined to play a guessing game, though, can figure out how to find the secret developer room below.

Players will have to find the room’s secret code to gain access to it, which has also been provided during the description of where to locate the room. Like most of the other Cyberpunk 2077 content, Johnny Silverhand (the character portrayed by Keanu Reeves) makes an appearance and provides some musical ambiance. For those who have plugged ahead and stuck with the game despite its frustrating bugs and glitches, here is where to find the secret developer room.

Where to Find the Secret Dev Room in Cyberpunk 2077

When trying to discover CD Projekt Red’s secret developer room in Cyberpunk 2077, players should travel to the Kabuki Market’s northern side. The market can be reached by setting a waypoint on the map and going for a drive or by using the market’s fast travel point. Once at the Kabuki Market’s north side, fans should look for a shop called Prefab City, next to which is a staircase leading down.

Taking the staircase to the bottom brings gamers to a street, where they can turn and hoof it until they come to a dead end. There, fans will notice a garage door next to a neon sign and a dumpster. The garage can be opened by using the yellow keypad on the side, which cannot be bypassed using one of Cyberpunk 2077’s various hacks and must be accessed via a code (605185). After entering the code and pressing OK, the door will open.

Inside, V will find the secret developer room, complete with a sofa and a big television screen. Sitting on the couch prompts players to activate the TV. Doing so causes Johnny Silverhand to manifest and provide some ambient music by playing his guitar. The screen shows pictures of the developers involved in creating Cyberpunk 2077. Other than that, the room serves little purpose. However, it is a fun discovery and gives players who care the opportunity to show the developers some love.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with upgraded versions coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X in 2021.
