To shakedown the IO Guards, players will first need to locate them. They can be found in the locations above on the map. They appear in a group and immerge from these metal boxes. Fortunately, they do have pretty bad aim, making it easier to avoid their shots and take them down. The best thing players can do would be to aim straight for the head. In close range situations, use a Shotgun. For long-range situations, try using an AR or Sniper Rifle. Regardless, the player will need to take them down.

Once the IO Guard has fallen, approach them to pick them up and shake them for loot. Try to be careful when completing this challenge since it is likely that other IO Guards or players may make an appearance. Make sure to scout out the area to avoid being taken down.
