Legendary Clue 2 is one of the bigger mysteries in the Pokemon Crown Tundra DLC. This guide will show how they can complete it. Pokemon Crown Tundra is the final piece of the Pokemon: Sword & Shield expansion pass. With the release of this half of the expansion pass comes to a new wild area to explore, new legendary Pokemon to discover, and a new game mode called Dynamax Adventures, where players can team up to take on branching paths of different Dynamax Pokemon. Unlike the Isle of Armor, the previous DLC for the expansion pass, Crown Tundra comes with tons of mysteries for players to solve. Here’s how players can complete the Legendary Clue 2.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

The Legendary Clues are tasked given to the player by Peony, a father on vacation with his daughter. He will task the player with solving various mysteries in the Crown Tundra including the enigma surrounding Calyrex, the main legendary of this DLC. Throughout your adventure in the Crown Tundra, the player will be pushed to look around every corner to find legendary Pokemon. Legendary Clue 2 has to do with the Regi’s, a trio (now quintet) group of legendary Pokemon. This guide will help players complete Legendary Clue 2.

How To Solve Legendary Clue 2 in The Pokemon Crown Tundra DLC

To complete Legendary Clue 2, the player needs to capture all of the available Regi’s in the game. Regirock, Registeel, and Regice all need to be collected first before the player is given the option between choosing Regidraco or Regieleki. Here’s where players can find each of them.

  • Registeel: Located in the Giant’s Step. The player just needs to whistle at the entrance of the alter to enter.
  • Regirock: Located in the Giant’s Step deeper in the east. Just continue to move forward from the entrance of Registeel to find it. Give the Pokemon in front of your party an Everstone and the alter will open.
  • Regice: Located in Snowslide Slope. To open the alter, capture, and place a Cyrogonal in the first slot of your party.
  • Regieleki/Regidraco: The player is only allowed to pick one of these. To obtain the other, the player will need to trade but it is not required to complete the Legendary Clue 2. Head to the Three-Point Pass and have all three Regi’s in your party to open the alter.

Now, return back to Peony in Freezington after capturing the last Regi and he will complete the Legendary Clue 2 for you. Pokemon Crown Tundra brings back that feeling of mystique that the series originally had back in the day. The more modern games in the series are fairly straight forward on how they want you to solve its problems. Outside of all the legendary clues, there are tons of legendary Pokemon to encounter all on your own without the game having to tell you to get them. Hopefully, Pokemon games will continue this trend in future titles.
