Getting the fishing rod is actually a really easy process that can be done by just going to speak to Zack. Players will need to travel down to the beach where they will find a shack. This is where Zack lives, so players will just need to enter and speak to the man. Zack tells the player that a friend of his left behind a fishing rod that he has no use for. He assumes that the player could get a lot of use out of it, so he decides to gift them the fishing rod. Players should make sure that they visit Zack’s place between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm if they want to receive the rod.

Fishing in the game is actually relatively simple and can be done in any large body of water like the ocean or ponds. Once there the fishing rod will need to be equipped and players just have to press the tool button to cast the line straight out in front of them. Once the line has been cast players just have to wait until the bobber begins shaking quickly and then press the button again to pull the fish out of the water. If the player messes up and doesn’t real a fish in, they can always cast again and hope another fish comes along soon.
