Learning how to get the Gengar Space Costume requires a bit of grinding in Pokemon Unite. With the release of the mobile versions of the game, players are eager to jump into what season 2 has to offer. Pokemon like Mamoswine and Sylveon will soon be joining the roster. Outside of offering crossplay, and cross-progression, between mobile and console players, a new Battle Pass has been introduced, adding new tiers, items, and rewards for players to obtain. The Battle Pass itself will only run the player about $4 USD and is the best way to get a feeling of progression for participating in games. The final prize for the Battle Pass is the Gengar Space Costume.

The Gengar Space Costume is called Galactic Ghost 094. This is a reference to Gengar’s National Pokedex number. While not every character has received a costume to unlock, most of the Battle Pass for season 2 is focused on unlocking clothes for the trainer character. The only other Pokemon costume available in this Battle Pass is the Space Style Lucario, which acts as the opening prize for purchasing the Battle Pass.

Galactic Ghost 094 is given to the players as a reward for reaching level 60 of the Battle Pass. This is the last unlockable item for this Battle Pass but players can continue to receive 1 free Battle Pass prize box for every 130 battle points the player obtains. This is how players can get to level 60.

Pokemon Unite’s Tasks For Unlocking The Gengar Space Costume

  • Purchasing Aeos Gems: This item can be used to skip tiers on the Battle Pass. This is the fastest way for players to get their hands on the Gengar Space Costume. It’s important to mention that players will need to spend money to purchase Aeos Gems.
  • Playing With Friends: The game does provide players with bonuses for playing matches with friends. Grab a group and participate in some games.
  • Daily Missions: These reset every day and will give players rewards.
  • Weekly Missions: Similar to Daily missions but they last a week. More rewards for players to collect.
  • Season Missions: These are tied to the specific season. Complete these for even more rewards.
  • Win or Lose: Players just need to participate in games. They will get more XP if they win, but it doesn’t matter too much as long as the player keeps playing.

It is a bit of a grind to get to level 60 of the Pokemon Unite Battle Pass. Luckily, the season doesn’t end for about 6 weeks, giving players plenty of time to level up.
