Jersey Shore: Everything To Know About Snooki’s Family Shore House

Thanks to the success and wealth that has come along with being one of the main stars of Jersey Shore over the last 12 years, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has been fortunate enough to have two separate homes: her permanent residence, as well a house on the shore. Although Nicole was born in Chile, she was adopted into a family that raised her in New Jersey. Now that Nicole and her husband Jionni LaValle have grown a family together, they have continued to reside near their families in New Jersey.

Nicole, Jionni, and their three kids – Lorenzo, Giovanna, and Angelo – all reside in Florham Park, New Jersey. The family lives in a large home that has been briefly seen on past episodes of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. While a majority of Nicole’s success comes from being on the show, she also has two boutique locations that are quite lucrative as well. As for Jionni, he prefers to live a more private life working in a construction company his family owns.

Thanks to the couple’s joint incomes, they are fortunate enough to not just have one gorgeous home but two. Nicole and Jionni recently purchased a second home in Toms River, New Jersey which they consider to be their summer vacation home. They spent roughly $850,000 on the shore home, according to Pop Crush. The spacious home featuring five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths sits right on the water. While it is not technically located on the beach, it is “on a lagoon that goes right into Barnegat Bay.” Downstairs, the family can get a beautiful view of the water from the comfort of their living room, thanks to the home’s numerous windows. The home, which is just a few short miles from where Nicole and the rest of the roomies got their rise to fame in Seaside, NJ, also includes a backyard oasis perfect for hot summer days. Not only can the family of five go for a swim in the “heated saltwater swimming pool,” but they can also have family and friends over for drinks at their personalized outdoor tiki hut.

Behind the gated pool area, is a private boating dock. In addition to their summer home, Nicole and Jionni also invested in their own boat. The family oftentimes takes rides on the boat from Toms River to Seaside. Although Nicole does still enjoy going to the roomies’ old “stomping grounds,” she prefers to be home with her kids laying by the pool.

Although this is Nicole and Jionni’s second home, as soon as the weather begins to warm up in New Jersey, the family packs up to head to the shore. Throughout the summer months, Nicole oftentimes shares photos and videos of her and the kids hanging out by the pool, taking a ride on their boat, or even having family over for parties. Jersey Shore gave Nicole, and the rest of the cast, a lot over the years, but it’s safe to say one of the best things Nicole got out of the show was a shore house of her own to enjoy with her family. It’s like an upgraded version of the original series. Life really does come full circle.
