Jersey Shore: Family Vacation fans now have a chance to live in the house the roommates took over for most of the show. The $1.4 million-dollar New Jersey home which the cast filmed much of the spin-off series in is now for sale. The first three seasons of the show mainly took place in this home while season 4 was filmed in Las Vegas. Production rented out an entire resort for the cast to safely film in during the COVID-19 pandemic.

When the original series of Jersey Shore came to an end in 2009, fans were eager to rent out the shore house in which the cast had lived in for so many seasons. Not long after the last episode aired, fans were able to rent out the house for a weekend at the shore. The house was also offering tours for fans as well. When the cast returned for the spinoff series, they had matured into a bigger, more luxurious home. Although the house was no longer located at the Jersey Shore, the roommates did in fact return to their original house for a short stay during season 2.

While fans were only able to rent out the original Jersey Shore house for short stays, they can now own the house the cast once lived in. The house used for a majority of filming Jersey Shore: Family Vacation is now listed for sale. According to the New York Post, the luxurious home is priced at $1.4 million dollars. The home is located in Manalapan, New Jersey, and covers 6,000 square feet of land. The cast had plenty of space while filming; the home included seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The luxurious house was originally listed for sale in April of 2017; however, it quickly came off the market as producers scouted it out for the show just three months later. Having the hit show film within the home added much value to the listing. According to Zillow, the house was originally priced just shy of $500K prior to the show taking it over. Now, the Zillow listing even includes photos from episodes of the show with the famous roommates living inside, raising the price to $1.4 million.

The luxurious home included all of the amenities the cast could have needed while filming there. The basement is fully heated and features an at home gym, perfect for the roomies’ daily dose of GTL, Gym Tan Laundry. It has both an outdoor patio as well as a balcony. Outside, the roommates got to relax in their choice of a hot tub or an “Olympic sized custom pool,” which also featured a slide. If they got hungry while getting their tan on, the cast did not even have to go back inside the house since the patio included a full outdoor kitchen. While the house provided all of the necessary amenities for the show to film, production seemed to have taken the decorating into their own hands as the furniture and decor in the listing photos look quite different from what was seen on the show.

Mike “The Situation” recently revealed that the cast will return for season 5 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. The season has already began filming; however, it is unknown where the cast will reunite for the new season. It also remains an unknown who will purchase the Jersey Shore house. For someone with a lot of money who considers themselves a Jersey Shore fan, $1.4 million sounds like a bargain.
