Jersey Shore: Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Suing Ex Jenn Harley Over Vegas House

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro from Jersey Shore: Family Vacation is suing his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Jenn Harley over their former Las Vegas home. Ronnie and Jenn had a toxic public relationship, which was seen throughout the early seasons of the Jersey Shore spin-off series. The two share their three year old daughter, Arianna Sky.

Despite no longer being together, Ronnie was still on probation from the last physical altercation he and Jenn had in 2019 for quite some time. Although they are both seeing different people now, Ronnie once again found himself in jail earlier this year for yet another domestic violence incident. This time, the incident involved Ronnie’s now-fiancée Saffire Mattos. Then, a few months later, Jenn was arrested for her own domestic violence incident involving her boyfriend Joe Ambrosole.

The drama seems to be never-ending for Ronnie and Jenn. According to TMZ, Ronnie is suing Jenn over their Las Vegas home. The two allegedly bought the home together when they were still a couple. At the time, they took out a loan in order to help pay for the house. Although the house is still owned by both Ronnie and Jenn, only Jenn currently resides in it. Ronnie has since moved to Los Angeles, California where he lives with his fiancèe Saffire. Jenn has recently stopped making the loan payments, which in turn affects Ronnie since his name is still on the loan. Ronnie wants Jenn to sell the joint property in an effort to have one less reason to communicate with his ex.

The documents state that Ronnie claims Jenn has not made a payment for the joint loan since July. In addition to this, Ronnie is unaware of the status of Jenn’s HOA dues and utility payments. Jenn has not only been avoiding her monthly bills, but she has also made renovations to the home without informing Ronnie. Jenn has not paid these bills as well. As a result, Ronnie wants Jenn to sell the home, which is the reason for the lawsuit. Jenn released a statement in response to Ronnie’s lawsuit through her lawyer, Michael Cristalli. Michael informed the news outlet that, following their split, Ronnie and Jenn previously agreed the Las Vegas residence is Jenn’s home. Jenn has allegedly paid Ronnie for his portion of the home. Jenn also allegedly pays the mortgage for the home and has invested six figures into the recent renovations.

Despite no longer being together, Ronnie and Jenn continue to find a reason to disagree. Somehow, the Jersey Shore star and his ex find a way to co-parent their daughter. In the midst of all of their personal drama, including both of their recent arrests, Ronnie and Jenn have each found ample time to spend with Arianna. As of writing, neither Ronnie nor Jenn have spoken publicly about the recent lawsuit.
