Sarah Kozer was part of the original Joe Millionaire cast back in 2003, and it’s time to let fans know what she’s been up to since she filmed the series. Sarah was known for her strong chemistry with Evan Marriott and made it to the finale before becoming a runner-up. With the rebooted Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer airing nearly two decades later, many fans want to learn more about the cast members who started it all, including the show alum Sarah.

The original Joe Millionaire was about a man named Evan Marriott who pretended that he was wealthy, despite the fact that he actually earned around $19,000 a year as a construction worker. As part of the ruse, Evan brought the women to a chateau in the French countryside, complete with a butler. He eventually formed a strong connection with two women, substitute teacher Zora Andrich and trainee mortgage broker, Sarah Kozer. Sarah revealed that she felt deceived by Joe Millionaire producers because she and the rest of the cast were not even told that they were participating in a dating show.

Sarah Kozer was born in Pennsylvania on December 16, 1973, and she starred on the show when she was around 30 years old. After attending George Mason University, she went to Southwestern University School of Law for one year before realizing that she did not want to pursue a law career. Sarah also revealed after Joe Millionaire that she had previously starred in bondage movies to pay the bills. Sarah embraced her past and became a fan favorite from the show, ultimately becoming the runner-up after Evan chose Zora.

Like Evan and Zora, Sarah shot to reality TV stardom in 2003 when Joe Millionaire season one ended. She also appeared in a Las Vegas cabaret called the “Reality Revue” in 2003, which included other famous reality TV names, such as Jerri Manthey from Survivor. According to Sarah’s LinkedIn profile, she was featured on the cover of the June 2003 issue of Playboy Magazine. She also appeared on a British reality show in 2004 called Back to Reality, where she made it all the way to the finale before getting voted out.

After those appearances in the early 2000s, Sarah left the spotlight in favor of a quieter, more private life, and she is currently living in northern California. Sarah lists her occupation as a writer, designer, and entrepreneur. She has also worked as a media consultant and used to own a small lingerie and costume business. Though her current relationship status is unknown, she revealed that she had three young kids while she was in her forties. On Joe Millionaire, she didn’t find love, but Sarah seems to have left the experience behind her. She is thriving in her new life.
