One of the most exciting aspects of the Jump Force crossover fighting game is the large collection of various manga characters to choose from. Playable characters in the game include protagonists and antagonists from 16 different manga series, including Black Clover, Bleach, Boruto, City Hunter, Dragon Ball, Dragon Quest, Fist of the North Star, Hunter x Hunter, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, My Hero Academia, Naruto, One Piece, Samurai X, Saint Seiya, Yu-Gi-Oh!,  and Yu Yu Hakusho.

Characters are divided into class tiers, which are determined by overall ability, attack, and health. In descending order, the tiers include S, A, B, C, D, E, and F classes.

10 Sasuke Uchiha – Naruto

Ranking as an A-class fighter and Naruto’s best friend who later became his rival, Sasuke Uchiha is one of the best Jump Force characters to play.

Sasuke has one of the most formidable attack strategies in the entire game. His unique fighting skills include the Onyx Chidori Fire Style, the Fireball Jutsu Amaterasu, Inferno Style Flame Control, and the Takemikasuchi-no-kami Awakening move.

9 Dragon Shiryu – Saint Seiya

Equipped with the most impervious Cloth armor of all the eight Saints, Dragon Shiryu is also an A-tier fighter with a rangy skillset. His primary mission in the game is to prevent the evil Kane and Galena’s plans for world domination.

Dragon Shiryu’s immense abilities include the powerful Rising Dragon Punch, the Soaring Mountain Dragon, and expertise with the Excalibur. His Awakening move includes the Enraged Dragon Force, which is extremely difficult to defeat.

8 Hisoka Morow – Hunter X Hunter

As the first S-tier fighter on the list, Hisoka Morow from Hunter x Hunter possesses elite combat skills. He’s even mightier than his protagonistic foe, Gon Freecs, who ranks a notch below as an A-tier fighter.

Hisoka’s strengths derive from his unique Bungee Gum move, Anonymous Magician skills, and his deadly Grim Reaper’s Quiz. Hisoka also wields the mighty Human Hammer as his Awakening Move.

7 Makoto Shishio – Samurai X

Functioning as the main villain in Samurai X, Makoto Shishio also ranks as an elite S-tier combatant in Jump Force. His base attack skills and overall abilities make him one of the best characters to play and most challenging to defeat.

After being lit ablaze and left for dead by the Meiji government, Shishio vowed revenge by forming an army of minions. In Jump Force, he joins Kane and Galena by using his Blazing Soul and Crimson Lotus Arm Secret Swords and lethal Infinity Cyclone move. His Awakening Move comes from the Kaguzuchi, his final Secret Sword.

6 Gaara – Naruto

While he ultimately becomes an ally, Gaara was first introduced as one of Naruto’s evilest villains. In Jump Force, Garra harnesses his trademark control of the sands to rank as a highly skilled and heroic S-Tier fighter.

Joining the heroes to take down Kane and Galena’s nefarious schemes, Gaara’s powers include the ability to cause Sand Showers, Sand Tsunamis, and Sand Coffin Burial. His Awakening Move also includes breaching the Grand Sand Mausoleum Seal.

5 Sosuke Aizen – Bleach

The chief arch-enemy in the anime Bleach, Sosuke Aizen also ranks as a top-flight S-Tier Jump Force fighter. Aizen’s strongest qualities derive from his base attack skills, which include some of the deadliest moves in the game.

Fighting on behalf of Kane and Galena, Aizen employs the Fiery Lightning Howl, Black Coffin, and an Airtight shield of light. The Black Coffin is one of the most formidable weapons in the game, and easiest to use after activating the Airtight skill first. Aizen can also teleport during his rush attacks and use the Five-Dragon Destruction as his Awakening Move.

4 Ichigo Kurosaki – Bleach

Jump Force‘s roster of S-Tier fighters also includes Ichigo Kurosaki, the human protagonist of Bleach that possesses Shinigami powers. Out to return peach to the Jump Worlds, Ichigo is an expert swordsman with unique talents.

Ichigo’s Awakening Move entails Shin Tensa Zangetsu, a long sprint towards an opponent that can destroy objects and cause severe damage. His signature moves include the Piercer of Heavens: Zero and Moon Fang Cross Blast, as well as a counterattack move called the Piercer of Souls.

3 Vegeta – Dragonball

Ranking in the Top 10 in both base attack skills and natural ability, Vegeta is among the best S-Tier fighters in Jump Force. The former Dragonball villain fights against Kane and Galena in the game after being used as a pawn in their evil plot.

Vegeta even ranks higher than his righthand man, Goku, who registers as an A-Tier. In addition to skilled hand-to-hand combat, Vegeta exacts revenge by using his Galick Gun, Spirit Breaker attack akin to Goku’s Meteor Smash, and an Energy Blast Volley. Vegeta’s Awakening Move includes his iconic Final Flash, which can sap up 20 percent of an opponent’s health.

2 Frieza – Dragonball

As one of Goku’s fiercest Dragonball rivals and most powerful entities in the universe, Frieza also joins the elite company of S-Tier fighters in Jump Force. His lethal array of base attack moves make him almost impossible to defeat.

Frieza’s almighty powers include such ominous moves as the high-flying Death Beam, a boomeranging Death Saucer, and a distance-closing You Might Die This Time move. For his Awakening Move, Frieza launches a Death Ball that can kill on impact or create collateral avalanche damage.

1 Naruto Uzumaki – Naruto

With an S-Tier fighting status granted through his base health and inherent abilities, it comes as no surprise that Naruto Uzumaki ranks as the best Jump Force character.

In his quest to prevent Kane and Galena from global domination, Naruto’s specific skillset includes his trademark attack moves Rasengan, Tailed Beast Bomb Rasen Shiruken, and Six Paths Spar. To Awakening, Naruto also uses a Tailed Beast Bomb to increase his speed and power.
