The Kardashian-Jenners are not just reality TV royalty but also real estate royalty; as their show Keeping Up With the Kardashians grew bigger and the members flourished individually and garnered more and more fame, Kris Jenner and her clan were been able to splurge on the most prolific and luxurious properties in and around LA (not to mention SoHo lofts and Kanye’s much-talked about Wyoming ranch).

But which Kardashian-Jenner home is the most expensive? Over the last few years the family has spent millions on lavish, sprawling properties (most of which have been developed or designed by international designers). Khloe and Kourtney clearly love quirky, resort-style outdoor spaces and lounge-side fire pits, while Kylie and Kim are all about daunting architecture that’s minimalist but also quite striking. Here’s ranking all the Kardashian-Jenner homes based on their price tags:

10 Kim and Kanye’s New York City Loft – $4.7 Million

The SoHo loft designed by Claudio Silvestrin is a two-unit combination but only has one bedroom, and has a floor area of 2,427-square-foot. This was reportedly Kanye’s bachelor pad and had an original asking price of $4.7 million. The loft’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, French limestone flooring, and a ‘monolithic stone island’ and the apartment is also equipped with ten-foot ceilings while the bathroom has an oversized stylized stone island, with a large tub and a carved sink.

9 Kourtney Kardashian’s Calabasas Home – $7.45 Million.

Kourtney Kardashian purchased this six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot Calabasas home in 2014 from retired pro footballer Keyshawn Johnson for $7.45 million. Keyshawn had reportedly listed this 11,746 square foot house at $11.995 million in March 2011, however, the price later dropped to $10.5 million by December 2012.

By the time Kourtney located the listing, the price had again been dropped to $8.495 million. The home is located at the posh Estates of the Oaks guard-gated community.

8 Kendall Jenner’s Beverly Hills Mansion – $8.5million

During the lockdown, the supermodel has been self-isolating in her $8.5million mansion that sprawls across a 6,625-square-foot area. The Spanish-style home that Kendall purchased in 2017 is located in the Mulholland Estates neighborhood where celebrities like Christina Aguilera and DJ Khaled also own properties. The mansion itself used to be the residence for Charlie Sheen who bought it in 2012 for his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and sold it in 2016. The mansion also boasts a split-level floor plan containing five bedrooms and six bathrooms and a movie theater

7 Kris Jenner’s La Quinta Home – $ 12 Million

La Quinta is a small city located within the Coachella Valley in California. This sleek, modernist mansion built in 2016, has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and has 11,000 square feet of livable outdoor space which is quite astonishing and makes the property well worth the price tag. The mansion that’s right outside of Palm Springs also consists of an expansive backyard with a gorgeous, flat pool and a great view of the golf course that’s situated right over the boundary.

This serves as a vacation home especially during the Kardashian-Jenner kids’ annual Coachella trips; in fact, this is where the explosive fight between Kendall and Kylie first started

6 Kylie Jenner And Travis Scott’s Beverly Hills Nest – $13.45 Million

Back in 2018, Kylie and then-boyfriend Travis Scott splurged $13.45 million on a stunning Beverly Hills Post Office mansion, which was reportedly bought by them as an investment property, which would explain why they spent very little time at this 1970s estate that was once owned by actor Louise Currie. The contemporary 9,000 square feet mansion also has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a two-story foyer that opens to an indoor-outdoor living area, a built-in fireplace, and a separate guest house on the property.

5 Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills Mansion – 15 Million

Real estate connoisseur Kris Jenner bought the farmhouse-style mansion around 2017 and hired designers Tommy and Kathy Clements and Waldo Fernandez to plan some modernized interior renovations. This manse is reportedly located almost directly across the street from the Hidden Hills mansion of Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West.

The house has a glass front door, a rather sprawling and chic foyer flanked by a fireplace-fitted living room, and dining rooms. The chef’s kitchen features Italian marble slabs and the master suite has its own wing, which also has a walk-in closet.

4 Khloe Kardashian Calabasas Mansion – $15.5 Million

Khloe’s estate was once owned by Justin Bieber and Eddie Murphy before him; it features a private walking path, a stunning view of the Malibu Canyon, and a guesthouse. The house itself is 11,000 square feet and has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, excluding the guest house. But the outdoor spaces are what set this property apart as the estate has a lush green yard, a meditation area, an outdoor dining area, and its own private walking path lined by oak trees

3 Kim And Kanye’s Bel Air Home – $18 Million

The 9,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a second-story catwalk that lies between an enormous foyer and the living room, flanked with an artificial fireplace and a pair of gigantic glass-walled doors that lead up to the backyard. One of the main highlights of the apartment is a rotunda-style space next to the master balcony overlooking the backyard. The home also featured several white-washed spaces with clean, minimal notes that accentuated the stylized wooden flooring.

2 Kylie Jenner’s Holmby Hills Home – $36.5 Million

Kylie’s Holmby Hills mansion is easily the flashiest home in the family; 15,000-square-foot property sprawls nearly an acre and of course, there are several outdoor spaces which occupy a lot of area. Interestingly, the mansion where Kylie currently resides with her daughter Stormi is a single-story structure featuring seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two guest apartments, a basketball court, an outdoor fire pit, open lounges, bars and game rooms, 5,000 square feet of covered patio space and a huge resort-style compound space which Kylie has often flaunted on Instagram.

1 Kim And Kanye’s Hidden Hills Home – $60 Million

The couple’s minimal monastery-style home has been making headlines for its striking interiors. Kim and Kanye reportedly bought the Hidden Hills home in 2014 at $20 million and undertook a top-to-bottom renovation. And momager Kris Jenner claims their abode, which Kim will hold on to after her divorce currently costs $60 million. West collaborated with Belgian architect Axel Vervoordt on this one as he wanted to design a living space with a restrained palette and church-like detailing. “When I saw the kind of work he was doing, I thought, ”This man could design Batman’s house. I had to work with him,” Kanye said in a interview, about Vervoordt.
