Kingdom Hearts3‘s elusive bronze “Centurion” trophy requires a massive 12 million point total. Here is how to achieve it. During your first visit to the Toy Story world, players are thrown into the fictional video game world of Verum Rex by a Young Xehanort. Here in Verum Rex, Sora can take over Giga Mechs and deal some serious damage to the enemies. After completing your first visit of Toy Box, the player now has the ability to return back to the world and re-enter Verum Rex: Beat of Lead at their own pace.

Verum Rex was introduced to the player by Toy Story’s Rex as an exciting action JRPG starring Yozora, a very close look-a-like to the Final Fantasy 15 protagonist, Noctis. Throughout the Toy Box world playthrough, Verum Rex is littered throughout the world with posters on the walls and an entire game shop dedicating full shelves of copies of the game. Rex even makes a connection between Sora and Yozora, pointing out how similar the characters look. Through some sort of reality-magic, Young Xehanort tosses Sora into the game world of Verum Rex and he must use the power of the Giga’s and his Keyblade to escape.

How To Unlock The Kingdom Hearts 3 “Centurion” Trophy

Go back to Toy Box and head into Galaxy Toys. Once inside, head up to the third floor and enter the Game Store. A gaming display in the back of the store will have “Verum Rex: Beat of Lead” on the screen. Interacting with the controller allows Sora to enter the world of Verum Rex. Here in Verum Rex, you are able to unlock the bronze “Centurion” Trophy. In order to unlock the trophy, it’s required to rack a total of 12 million points. The challenge lies in getting the score that high with a set limit total of enemies. defeating enemies. There are score bonuses the player must take advantage of to win.

  • Trap Bonuses: Earned by destroying a Gigas using various traps.
  • Chain Bonus: Earned by destroying multiple opponents within a short time.
  • Prime Bonus: Earned by destroying a special Gigas.

These bonuses can be stacked to help the player get the highest score possible. When the minigame begins, quickly jump into the blue Giga in front of you. Use this Giga and jump left off the edge. Begin to jump and use Danger Dash to make way towards a purple Giga on cargo crate. The purple Giga does more damage overall, making it much easier to take out enemies. The key thing here is to maintain a chain between each defeated Giga. If there is too much time between kills, the chain will be broken. Use the purple Giga and take out the glass floor to drop the Gigas into an electric floor trap. If there’s one Giga left to deal with, wait until others spawn before taking it out to keep the chain. Maintain that chain by slowly taking out the other Gigas around you with your blaster. This should complete the first wave.

The second wave, shoot the Gigas spawning on the left. This gives time for other Gigas to get closer to defeat them. Rinse and repeat. Use the bombs on the map and the blaster to defeat the Gigas with the multipliers. In the third and final wave, only one Giga will spawn. This one is much stronger than the others. Keep some distance and damage it using the blaster. After defeating it, the score will display. If it’s not over 12 million, try again. Knowing where they’ll spawn is the most important thing to learn through trial and error.

In the situation where the purple Giga is destroyed, use a different purple Giga only if it’s nearby. If not, retry and play more defensively in the next attempt. The purple Giga is the best bet at maintaining the chain. The “Centurion” trophy is known to be one of the more challenging trophies in Kingdom Hearts 3. Achieve that 12 million point score and the trophy is yours.
