However, the Kardashian-Jenner’s opted to keep their last names instead.

Unlike their lives, the Kardashian-Jenner clan has mostly managed to keep their middle names out of the public eye. The family had their long-running E! reality TV series on the air for more than 14 years before they decided to end the show this year. Viewers saw the ups and downs of their family dynamic, including Kris’ divorce from Caitlyn Jenner, Kim’s two divorces, and a number of different grandchildren being born. The Kardashian-Jenner’s are truly an open book, except when it comes to their full given names.

Kris Jenner

Not only does Kris have a middle name, but her name isn’t even Kris. Her current name is a nickname derived from the longer name, Kristen. The mother of six and grandmother of nine’s full name is Kristen Mary Houghton. Kris was given the middle name Mary in honor of her mother, Mary Jo Campbell. She took on the last name Jenner after she married Caitlyn Jenner in 1991.

Kourtney Kardashian

Next on the list is the eldest Kardashian, Kourtney. Her middle name is Mary as well, just like her mother’s. Kourtney was likely given the middle name in honor of her grandmother. The 42-year-old has three children of her own with former partner Scott Michael Disick, who also have middle names. Their full names are Mason Dash Disick, Penelope Scotland Disick, and Reign Aston Disick.

Kim Kardashian

Third on the list is the second oldest, Kim. While fans now know Kim as Kim Kardashian West, her former legal name when she was born was Kimberly Noel Kardashian. Kendall Jenner

The eldest daughter of Caitlyn and Kris is 26-year-old Kendall. Her legal name is Kendall Nicole Jenner. The origin of her middle name is a nod to Kris’ late best friend, Nicole Brown Simpson. She was murdered outside her home, allegedly by her ex-husband, O.J. Simpson. However, he was cleared of those charges in 1994.

Kylie Jenner

The multi-millionaire mogul Kylie, who returned to Instagram, was given a name that was a mod to her successful mother. Kylie’s full legal name is Kylie Kristen Jenner, which is Kris’ legal first name.

Rob Kardashian

Last but certainly not least is the youngest of Kris and Robert’s children, Rob. For years, many fans assumed he and his father had the exact same name, but, in fact, they don’t.
