KUWTK: Inside The Kardashians’ $120 Million Malibu Rental House

With Keeping Up With the Kardashians soon coming to an end, the family rented out a house in Malibu where they could collectively vacation last summer while filming the final season. The majority of the season so far has taken place at the house, including pool days, family dinners, and the Kardashians versus Jenners’ Spartan race. The family has even invited some friends over to the beachside mansion, including TikTok star Addison Rae. Here’s everything we know about the $120 million house.

Longtime viewers of KUWTK were left in shock when the family announced their hit show would be coming to an end after 14 years on the air. In the first episode of the final season, the family explained they had rented out a house in Malibu for the summer. The house was meant for each of the sisters, along with their kids and significant others, to come and go as they pleased. The house was also used to film a majority of the final season of the show. While filming, Kim dealt with much of the drama surrounding her divorce from Kanye West at the Malibu home as well.

The Malibu home, which is the main focus of the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, is worth $120 million. While the family does not own it, they rented it out for an extended period of time while filming season 20. According to Insider, socialite Diana Jenkins allowed the family to take over the home while she worked to find an interested buyer for it. Diana is a good friend of Kim Kardashian. The large and over-the-top mansion sits right on the beach facing the ocean. It is the perfect location for the Kardashian-Jenner family to vacation. It has a ton of privacy due to the many trees and bushes surrounding the home. It features simplistic decor, such as light wood floors and white furniture.

The home has plenty of space for the entire family, including seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. As seen in some of the Kardashians’ Instagram photos, as well as on the show, the backyard features a long staircase that leads to the beach. In fact, the staircase was used as part of the family’s Spartan race on last week’s episode. The backyard also includes numerous lounge chairs for tanning, as well as a fully shaded sitting area and an outdoor kitchen. When the family needs to cool off after tanning they can hop into the gorgeous pool which overlooks the ocean.

While the entire Keeping Up With the Kardashians bunch enjoyed some family time at the Malibu home, Kanye West continued to isolate himself from the family while staying in Wyoming. He and Kim are currently not speaking as they continue to work through their ongoing divorce. While many fans anticipated the details of the divorce would be discussed on the final season of the show, so far Kim has opted out of speaking on the matter on camera.
