KUWTK: Kylie Jenner Gets Restraining Order Against Justin Bergquist

After a man named Justin Bergquist allegedly broke into a nearby home looking for her, Kylie Jenner from Keeping Up With the Kardashians was granted a restraining order against him.

Since Kylie’s fame has skyrocketed over the past 10 years, the KUWTK star needs to be careful about her safety, especially now that she has her daughter, Stormi, who is two years old. Kylie needs to make sure that she and her child are protected at all times. Fame and fortune may seem nice on paper, but being famous can come with some scary moments.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kylie Jenner, 23, made a request for a temporary restraining order against a man named Justin Bergquist, and the request was approved on Wednesday. Earlier this month, Bergquist allegedly broke into a nearby house in her Hidden Hills, California, gated community. This prompted her to request the protective order, as reported by The Daily Mail. The beauty mogul is claiming that Bergquist has been trying to track her down ever since he broke into her gated community. Bergquist allegedly illegally entered a home nearby, but was caught and immediately ran away. He later returned to the area in his car. In the documents, Kylie stated that the man traveled all the way from North Dakota to see her, even though she had never met him before. He told private security he was there to meet her, which is how he got through the gate. Now that her request has been granted, he is required to stay at least 100 yards away from her.

At the time of Bergquist’s alleged break-in, he was arrested for burglary and trespassing. According to court documents, he is set to appear in court sometime in January. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time the beauty mogul has had to deal with a stalker. Last year, another man was caught roaming Kylie’s $12 million Hidden Hills property at around 5 a.m., looking for a way to get inside her home. After his search was unsuccessful, he fled and tried to break in to Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West’s home. After the second attempt was unsuccessful, he escaped after being spotted by security. Luckily, Kylie has three different homes in the Los Angeles area, allowing her to hop from home to home if she ever feels unsafe at a residence.

Hopefully, this will be the last unsettling event that reality star Kylie Jenner will have to deal with. KUWTK fans want Kylie to feel safe and secure at home.
