KUWTK: Stylist Claims North West Has ‘Particular’ Demands for Her Hair

North West is following in her mothers footsteps when it comes to how serious she takes her glam. The young Keeping Up With The Kardashians offspring has quite “particular” demands, according to one hairstylist. At just 7 years old, North is already expressing interest when it comes to her look and style. It appears her superstar parents have rubbed off on her when it comes to beauty and fashion.

The eldest child of Kim and Kanye West has been trending on social media in recent weeks for her style and artistic ability. It was just a few weeks ago when Kim hopped on social media to clapback at those accusing her daughter of not painting the photo the reality star shared online. Kim defending her daughter from claims she used numbers to paint a landscape photo of mountains, a lake, and trees. The KKW Beauty founder compared North’s artwork to the drawings and paintings her rap/fashion mogul father created when he was her age. Now, Northie is being highlighted for a recent glam shot that showed off her new hairstyle.

“My beautiful sweet smart baby girl! I love playing dress up with you,” Kim captioned a photo slide that showed North’s adorable new hairstyle. Many fans praised how pretty and stylish the eldest West child looked in the three pics. The hairstylist behind North’s new look shared the elementary school student’s “particular” demands when it comes to her hair. “I’m always doing North’s hair,” hairstylist Chris Appleton told People. “She’s like peeking over the glam session. I’ll be like, ‘North, you have to make an appointment.’ And she’s like, ‘Okay.’ I mean, I love doing it,” he shared.

For the style that North sported in the photos the SKIMS founder recently shared on social media, Appleton teased North’s requests when he styled her hair. “Kim just posted a picture when I [did] North’s hair for that. North is very particular,” Appleton added. “She knows what she likes, and she’s so gorgeous. She’s so sweet. But, yes. It’s fun.” Appleton has worked with Kim for some time, as well as celebs like Jennifer Lopez and others. With North always seeing her mother get glammed up for appearances on television or to promote her businesses, it’s only normal for Kim’s lifestyle to rub off on her daughter.

Considering the art classes she’s currently in, it’s like Kim allows her children to try their hand at a number of creative activities. Kim has continued to share adorable family moments with her children amid her recent divorce filing from Kanye West. The couple is not contesting their prenup and Kanye is fine with Kim’s move to file for physical and legal custody of their four children. The former couple has aims of co-parenting their children amicably. Along with North, there is Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1.
