Lately, Kourtney Kardashian has been sharing a lot of photos with her friend, Veronique Vicari Barnes. Who is Veronique and why is she spending so much time with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star? 

Last week and this week, Kourtney Kardashian posted pictures with her friend, Veronique Vicari Barnes, on Instagram. Like other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kourtney frequently partners with other celebrities on social media. In the summer, the reality star posted tons of pictures with TikTok gal pal, Addison Rae. She’s also been photographed alongside Fai Khadra and Stephanie Shepherd this year. It looks like we’ll be seeing more of Veronique on Kourtney’s Instagram, but who is she?

According to Veronique’s Instagram, she’s a mother, actress and designer. Apparently Kourtney and Veronique go all the way back to high school. At the moment, Veronique primarily operates her company, Ice Cream Castles. She is the founder and designer behind the organization which has released clothing collections since 2016. The company creates children’s clothing based on the idea that kids travel to imaginary places. She was inspired to start her company when she had her twins. Veronique says she’s passionate about storytelling and loves that she can do so through her whimsical children’s clothing line. Check out a recent picture of Veronique and Kourtney below. 

Before being a full time mom and clothing designer, Veronique was an actress. She’s best known for her role as Alpha Zeta Sister in Bickford Shmeckler’s Cool Ideas and Kyla in Shards. It appears that Barnes was involved with the brand Rookie of the Gear as well, but it’s unclear if she still works with the fashion company. They specialize in vintage clothes from the 80s and 90s. Veronique is married to Garrett Marshall Barnes, a musician. According to IMDb, he’s done music for the movies Hustlers, Birds of Prey and The Tax Collector.
