Life After Lockup: Daonte Demands Intimacy From Nicolle After Breakup

Even though they broke up, Life After Lockup star Daonte is still demanding intimacy from his ex Nicolle. Nicolle and Daonte are no longer a couple and she has since rekindled her flame with Tia. But after all the time and money Daonte sacrificed for Nicolle, he isn’t ready to let her go so easily. In an exclusive clip of Friday’s episode, Nicolle and Tia quarrel over Daonte’s romance demands from Nicolle.

It was only a matter of time before Daonte wisened up to Nicolle’s tricks and mind games during their relationship on Love After Lockup season 4. Daonte stayed faithful to Nicolle in the year and a half they dated ahead of her prison release. He even got himself a blowup doll that he named after Nicolle to keep from stepping out on her. Daonte was under the impression that he and Nicolle were engaged and were going to live happily ever after once she was a free woman. But Nicolle had other plans. She was more interested in spending Daonte’s money and dating her exes.

All Daonte really wanted from Nicolle was love and affection. After walking away empty-handed, Daonte returned to Life After Lockup to settle the score with his ex. In an exclusive clip from Friday’s episode, Nicolle and her girlfriend Tia are seen discussing Daonte’s recent appearance at Nicolle’s mother’s house. In the clip, Nicolle informs Tia that Daonte showed up at her mother’s house and claimed Nicolle owes him sex for all he did for her during their relationship. “That’s not okay. I feel like that’s totally disrespectful,” Tia tells Nicolle. During her confessional, Tia admits she initially liked Daonte and felt sorry for him when she first met him.

While Tia could tell Daonte had serious feelings for Nicolle, Tia knew their relationship wouldn’t last. “I thought it was over. But clearly it’s not,” Tia said in reference to Daonte’s return. While speaking with Nicolle, Tia says she wants to avoid a violent confrontation, but she knows “something should happen.” However, Tia is conflicted because, as a recently released convict herself, she doesn’t want to make a decision that could land her back in prison. The conversation then turns into a debate between Tia and Nicolle over how Nicolle “allowed” Daonte to feel how he feels after their relationship ended.

Viewers have watched as Nicolle led Daonte on and made him believe she was only waiting to get intimate with him because she didn’t want to give it up so soon. But after Daonte caught her hanging out with her ex, he called off their relationship. Tia thinks Nicolle is guilty of leading Daonte to believe something could still happen between them. Tia admits to producers she is afraid of getting her feelings hurt by Nicolle like Daonte. Life After Lockup fans also have their guards up on trusting Nicolle’s intentions with Tia. Her track record isn’t too good when it comes to being faithful.
