Bringing in nearly a million viewers,  Little Women: Atlanta is one of Lifetimes’ most popular show. Shirlene King Pearson AKA ‘Ms. Juicy Baby’ has become one of the show’s most memorable and ‘memeable’ members. On the show, she acts as most of her castmates’ talent manager and their surrogate mom. Ms. Juicy Baby was first a recurring member on the show, but her charm,  wit, and savvy business decisions made her a series regular and a fan favorite.

As a reality TV star, an actress and a former radio personality, Ms. Juicy is an industry veteran. While Ms. Juicy is a woman of many talents,  we bet there are things that you may not know about her, like her passion for her community and her belief in her castmates. 10 She Was In A Stageplay!

Ms. Juicy has been acting since the age of 10 and accumulating some IMDB credits along the way. In 2018, she took part in the stage play “In-Laws From Hell” put on by Curvy Gurl Enterprises and Andrionna Williams. The play, performed at the Rialto Center For The Arts in Atlanta Georgia, explored storylines of love, family dysfunctions, and deceptions.

Ms. Juicy played Tiffany, a loud, funny, ‘girls girl’ who ‘had her girlfriends back’. “In-Laws From Hell” allowed us to see the multifaceted talent of Ms. Juicy. Even though it was only a one night play,  you can still catch some snippets and BTS interviews of Ms. Juicy’s performance here.

9 A College Graduate

Aside from being an entrepreneur and a TV Star, Ms. Juicy is also a college graduate. She graduated from DeVry University in the Institute of Technology. She received a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems and took business administration classes which we know benefited her current business ventures.

During her time there she also joined the college choir, the theatre arts group and took on photography! Through this, we can easily determine that Ms. Juicy was not only a star in the making a businesswoman as well. We stan an educated Queen!

8 At Times She Finds Being On Camera Difficult

In an interview, Ms. Juicy admitted that life on camera can be quite difficult. She stated that the drama and the general ups and downs of the show can at times be emotionally bearing but that she “wouldn’t trade” any of it.

She goes on to say that a drama-free lifestyle is really not for her and that she would be bored if she was doing otherwise. Ms. Juicy mentioned that she wanted people to see that “little people” also had drama in their lives. Well, we thank Ms. Juicy for coming to this conclusion, because without her we wouldn’t be as entertained and  “meme-fed” as we are.

7 Ms. Juicy Services Her Community In Different Ways

Every year Ms. Juicy hosts “Shorty’s Run The Runway” a back to school event targeting young kids and young adults. While it is mostly a fashion event, there is also singing and dancing. Ms. Juicy believes that this event helps encourage and build the self-esteem of young people. She also invites other artists in this industry to shed light on the importance of young people’s futures.

It’s also been reported that at one point in her life, Ms. Juicy was also an Atlanta city bus driver. Although this was not something she planned, she worked to get her license after someone told her she wouldn’t be able to do it being a ‘small person’. Ms. Juicy persevered and got her bus license and served her community this way.

6  She Is The Woman Behind One Of Internet’s Top Memes

When she’s not all glammed up, Ms. Juicy can be found sitting under a blanket watching TV. Needless to say, no one could have imagined that this would have become one of the best memes of 2019.  The meme (pictured) placed adjacent to other internet sensation @quenblackwell’s video screengrab has become the epitome of millennial ‘memesplanation’ for personal crises and mental breakdowns.

The “me explaining meme”  alongside the “watching me cry meme” of 2018 consolidated Ms. Juicy’s “Queen of Memes” status. In 2020,  we can’t wait to see what best Ms. Juicy memes the internet will conjure up.

5  She Had A Guest Starring Role In The TNT Drama “Claws”

Between 2018- 2019, Ms. Juicy appeared in the nail salon comedy-drama Claws as Tabitha. With her previous acting experience, this was another opportunity for Ms. Juicy to portray her on-screen talent.

When discussing the audition process on The Rickey Smiley Show, she said that she was cast because they saw her as being natural and because of this, she was even given extra lines on the show. Juicy described the experience as a “blessing” especially since getting to work with  Niecy Nash! Fans were happy to see her on the show and we hope Ms. Juicy will make more TV cameos in 2020.

4 She’s A Vegetarian

In 2018, Ms. Juicy Baby announced that she had adopted a vegetarian diet in a bid to better her lifestyle. She also mentioned that she has become more focused on self-care and now exercises regularly. Fans have already seen glimpses of this new change on Juicy’s Instagram stories (@msjuicyrsms).

She has even posted photos of her and her personal trainer Coshik Wiliams, a former running back for the University of Kentucky. We wish Ms. Juicy all the luck on this new lifestyle journey and hope to see more of those updates on her Instagram.

3 Juicy Returns To The Rickey Smiley Show Often To Sing Renditions Of Popular Songs

If you don’t already know, Ms. Juicy was a host on the popular radio show The Rickey Smiley Show between 2012-2014. She served as the receptionist during that time and was beloved by many. Since leaving the show, Juicy has come back to offer her opinions on topics circulating the table and also casually give renditions of popular songs. Her singing accolades include covering Billie Eilish to Missy Elliot. Although she is busy with the filming of Little Women: Atlanta and her many other business ventures, you can catch Juicy almost once a month showcasing her talent on The Rickey Smiley Show.

2  In A Relationship, She Wants To Be Treated Like A Queen!

Recently, Ms. Juicy revealed that she was previously married for 15 years and that she had a very different back then. In an interview with Rolling Out, Ms. Juicy expressed that she still wants to be treated like a queen when going on dates. Even though she describes herself as a boss lady, she still appreciates chivalry and respect from men in her modern attempts at dating. While her relationship status is currently unknown, we hope that whoever catches Juicy Baby’s heart fills all her Criterias and does treat like a Queen!

Despite all the ‘cattiness’ and drama displayed on the show, Ms. Juicy. is really committed to showing people that her life and the life of her castmates are just like everyone else’s. Even though disagreements, she has acted as a constant mother figure for the other ladies of the show and has always championed that ‘they can do anything that averaged sized’ people can.

She has also committed to always telling them the truth which she admits can make her controversial at times. Ms. Juicy has definitely shown this in her relationship and advice she’s given to her castmates. All we can say is that Ms. Juicy really is a trooper and a woman for the people not only uplifting herself as an artist and businesswoman but others around her.
