Amber plans to go to work to help Matt Barnett go back to school after the coronavirus quarantine is over. The Love Is Blind pair will support one another as they navigate married life.

Matt and Amber were one of two couples to wed at the end of Love Is Blind, along with fan favorites Lauren and Cameron Hamilton. Although the show filmed a year and a half before airing, they remain together to this day. During the show, all of the couples that proposed went on a romantic trip to Mexico, where Amber and Barnett first spent time together outside of the pods. They are now living in an apartment in Atlanta, the city the entire cast was pulled from. During the Love Is Blind reunion, the two talked about having some bumps in the road in their marriage. During a conversation with them, their chemistry was evident over the phone. They are enjoying time with their dog, keeping occupied during self-quarantine by watching plenty of movies. Matt also likes to play Call of Duty while Amber catches up on her romance novels.

Amber didn’t say what career she was pursuing, besides revealing that she is already working towards it. Amber said, “I actually have already been taking classes for it, but I haven’t taken the test yet. So, I’d rather keep that under wraps. I don’t want to jinx anything.” Both Matt and Amber also hope to open a doggy day care at some point in their future.

For now, though, Matt and Amber are spending time in quarantine while we wait for a brighter future. They have already begun planning their next step. While other Love Is Blind contestants are spending time making videos and hosting podcasts, Matt and Amber are content to use their time on Love Is Blind to be the best they can off-camera.
