Kassandra Nieass from Love On The Spectrum has been busy since filming the series, and it’s time to talk about what she’s been up to, including her cosplay adventures. She loves donning costumes, as doing so allows her to take on the emotions, experiences, and strengths of well-known characters. While Kassandra had some positive encounters on the show, she ended up walking away single. Many Love On The Spectrum stars don’t find partners during (or right after) the show. However, Kassandra appears to be thriving as she pursues her passions.

Kassandra realized she was different in elementary school, after noticing that all of the other students sat in groups while she sat alone. Her attempts to change this weren’t successful. Kassandra said that getting diagnosed as being on the spectrum was one of the best days of her life. In the past, she’s dated neurotypical and autistic people. She lets members of both groups know that she is an autistic person. On one of her dates, while enjoying an amazing city view, Kassandra came out as pansexual/bisexual, and her date Sam said that he was too. He stated that he often used the term bisexual, but was primarily attracted to women. She felt seen and heard and left feeling relaxed, in contrast to how she felt after her other rendezvous. Kassandra’s rooftop date on Love On The Spectrum was one of the best of the season.

While Kassandra had memorable encounters, she didn’t find a profound connection while filming the series, and she exited the show single. That doesn’t mean that she hasn’t been busy, as Kassandra has been enjoying her favorite hobby, cosplay. She invited fans to meet her at the Sydney Supernova convention last summer, where she dressed as Elsa and Bakugo. Kassandra wrote on Instagram, “I still don’t know what it is, but I feel so powerful as Elsa.” More recently, Kassandra dressed up as Coraline.

Kassandra also posted a photo with Teo Tish. Under the post, she wrote that she was excited to connect with her new followers. Last but not least, Kassandra started a Twitch account. She did her first live stream under the handle Gluten-Free Jelly Fish and made a TikTok celebrating the moment.

If season 3 rolls around, Kassandra would be welcomed back by audiences. Ultimately, fans fell in love with Kassandra for her honesty and willingness to share her dating struggles. Feeling panicky on dates is something that a lot of people can relate to. Fans are thrilled that they can connect with her after the show, via the Internet, and at in-person events. Here’s hoping fans get to see more of Kassandra on Love On The Spectrum.
