Keith Dewar and Kristine Killingsworth are Married At First Sight season 8 fan favorites, and we’ve found out what they are up to this year. When they appeared on the long-running Lifetime reality show, they earned the fan-favorite title fair and square. The couple had a slow start to their marriage. However, once they managed to break down the barriers, viewers started to understand why the experts matched them. If their social media accounts are anything to go by, it’s safe to say that the couple is still very much in love.

During season 8, only two couples decided to stay together. Those couples were Kristine and Keith and AJ Vollmoeller and Stephanie Sersen. Unlike most of their other castmates (including Kate Sisk, who had a terrible marriage to Luke Cuccurullo, they got a happy ending. The couple was adorable during their season. As each week passed by, they learned more about each other. Fans of Married At First Sight weren’t exactly shocked when they decided to stay married. While Kristine was afraid that she had married a manchild, they were able to work on their differing perspectives and overcome their issues.

The couple has enjoyed being married, but last year, while they were filming Couples Cam, they made an interesting announcement. They revealed that Keith had been asked to work on the frontlines, to help with the Covid-19 pandemic. It was scary, but the couple faced that situation head-on. This happened following news that they had purchased a house, according to People. In the interview with the publication, Kristine said, “Neither of us wanted to continue renting, so we had to buckle down more than ever on our spending.” The couple managed to achieve their goal. In 2019, they became homeowners, just like Amber Bowles, who purchased her own home recently.

Despite all the changes and obstacles, Keith and Kristine remain devoted to their relationship. They even celebrated two years as homeowners. This was an important milestone for them. Kristine and Keith’s life has been incredibly hectic. However, they give MAFS viewers hope. They show the upside of the controversial reality show. Doing the show can be daunting, considering that it has a very low success rate. Two more Married At First Sight seasons are planned.

Right now, due to upcoming seasons, viewers have more cute couples to look forward to… and more drama on the horizon. Married At First Sight can be an incredible experience, but the outcome is never certain. Whether a participant remains married or gets a divorce, that person will walk away with more knowledge about relationships, and well as more self-awareness. Some cast members don’t find happiness with their MAFS partners, but find it later, with other people. Jasmine McGriff and Katie Conrad (she’s now engaged to Brandon Eaves are examples.
