Unlike the rest of the reality series’ cast members, Bao and Johnny’s wedding day was not the first time they saw one another. Regrettably, their past didn’t save Bao and Johnny’s marriage from reaching its inevitable end.

Throughout her marriage to Johnny, Bao was consistently put down by her husband. From her hygiene habits to claims that she’s inauthentic, viewers were surprised by how harshly Johnny treated Bao. When she rejected Johnny on Decision Day, fans celebrated Bao’s bravery and many perceived her as the hero of season 13. Shortly after the end of her relationship with Johnny, however, Bao started to garner criticism from her followers when she embarked on a relationship with her Married At First Sight co-star, Zack. While some viewers were happy that Bao gave love another go after a discouraging marriage with Johnny, others thought it was wrong for Bao to ignore Michaela’s feelings and jump into a romance with Zack. Regrettably, Zack’s relationship with Bao ended as it did with Michaela after reports of the former husband’s infidelity surfaced. Still, fans on Reddit don’t feel bad for Bao.

Many fans believe Bao is responsible for the mess she found herself in following Zack’s alleged cheating.
