On Disney+ Day 2021, Marvel releases new footage for four upcoming MCU shows, including Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel and Secret Invasion. So far in 2021, Marvel has already release four shows on the streaming service set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Kicking off with WandaVision, then followed by The Falcon and the Winter, Loki was the third live-action offering, which was followed by What If? Marvel will wrap up 2021 with the six-episode series Hawkeye. But the studio and Mouse House have plenty more up their sleeves for next year.

The Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel shows were announced at D23 Expo in August 2019, with Secret Invasion announced in December 2020 at Disney’s Investor Day. As such, the first three series are farther along in development, though none of the four have set premiere dates. Ms. Marvel will release in Summer 2022, but it’s unclear if that will be the next show after Hawkeye or if Moon Knight and/or She-Hulk will debut before then. Though the exact slate is unclear, Marvel took the opportunity of Disney+ Day 2021 to release some new footage from their upcoming shows.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

In the Marvel Studios’ 2021 Disney+ Day Special released on the streaming service, Marvel unveiled a brief Moon Knight trailer introducing Oscar Isaac as Marc Spector. The She-Hulk trailer featured both Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters and Mark Ruffalo returning as Hulk/Bruce Banner. The Ms. Marvel teaser then showed off Kamala Khan’s (Iman Vellani) superpowers, costume and even included a reference to Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel. Finally, early Secret Invasion footage revealed a first look at Samuel L. Jackson as an older Nick Fury. Check out the Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel trailers, as well as an image of Fury, below.

While these MCU Disney+ show trailers are quite short – all either 30 seconds or less – there was additional footage revealed at the end of the special, including a shot of Isaac’s Moon Knight in his full costume crouched on the ground. There was also a brief shot of She-Hulk’s legs in a sparkly silver dress exiting a car, teasing another look at Maslany’s superhero. But even with the extra few frames at the end of the Disney+ special, there was only a little new footage for each show. It seemed Marvel was much more focused on teasing, with Moon Knight holding back a full look at Isaac’s costume and She-Hulk doing the same with a complete glimpse at Maslany’s green form.

It’s likely Disney+ and Marvel are waiting to reveal full Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel and She-Hulk show trailers until it gets closer to the shows’ respective release dates. Based on the amount of footage, Secret Invasion appears to be the farthest out since the glimpse of Nick Fury looks to be a costume test or another kind of early test footage. With Ms. Marvel not releasing until next summer, it’s likely Secret Invasion will arrive in late 2022 at the earliest. Once Hawkeye wraps up this winter and 2022 kicks off, Marvel is sure to reveal more about their plans for their Disney+ slate – including release date information and plenty more footage. For now, the Disney+ Day 2021 MCU show trailers offered exciting teases of what’s to come for Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel and Secret Invasion.
