With the new War For Wakanda DLC now out for Marvel’s Avengers, that means some new puzzles to solve, with the first ones found in the Caves of Bashenga. The Black Panther lineage is a long one, and each of them had to endure a tremendous amount of training, which is where the Caves of Bashenga come to the forefront. Inside the Caves of Bashenga are many pitfalls, obstacles, and puzzles for all Black Panthers to test their mettle with one puzzle taking the lead.

Puzzles are not new to Marvel’s Avengers, where many of them involve button-pushing leading to lockboxes full of gear, and materials for upgrading equipment. Inside the Caves of Bashenga, there are two puzzles, where one will advance the story, and the other will unlock some extra goodies. Both have a similar solving method, but finding the answers for each is slightly different. The primary puzzle most players get stuck on, or even miss altogether, is the one for the items. The puzzle that advances the story is unavoidable but can still prove problematic.

For the story puzzle inside the Caves of Bashenga, there are four murals in a hallway, each telling how Vibranium came to Wakanda. After interacting with each mural to get more of the story, a purple icon lights up under the mural. A total of four murals light up, and each one is identical to a blue symbol in the circular room after the murals. Hit the blue symbol matching the purple one on the murals with a knife throw, and the Black Panther will get to move on to the next part in the story. Using the idea of matching symbols will get the other puzzle in the Caves of Bashenga solved, which a couple of loot boxes and some extra upgrade materials.

How To Complete The Puzzle In The Cave Of Bashenga in Marvel’s Avengers

After entering the Caves Of Bashenga in Marvel’s Avengers, take the right path. Swing over the gap, and stay on the right side of the large area. In this section, there are two doorways where one of them has a faint glowing symbol shining with a light blue hue. Under the symbol is the door and on each side of it is a switch. Push both buttons to open the door where the puzzle room awaits. The moment Black Panther enters the puzzle room, there are some strange symbols directly ahead on a stone diamond located on a higher elevation with a door under them.

The focus in this room is matching the four characters with the buttons. The buttons have marks around them and must get pushed with the pattern shown on the diamond. After each successful push, the button will have an orange glow, and the symbols inside the diamond will turn off. The buttons are on platforms strewn all around the room where one misstep will plunge Black Panther to the depths below. Pushing the wrong button will reset the puzzle. The order of the buttons is inconsequential. As long as each correct button gets pressed, the Caves Of Bashenga puzzle gets completed when the last button turns green. Enter the newly opened room and collect the well-earned rewards.
