For over 40 years, Harrison Ford has been a widely known actor with some of the most iconic roles in recent years. From piloting the Millennium Falcon to discovering lost cities, it seems like any Harrison Ford role becomes an instant favorite.

With his ability to put his own personality in every role and really make it his own, we decided to do run the Myers Briggs test on some of his most well-known roles so you know which character is most like you. This is the MBTI on major Harrison Ford characters.

10 Col. Woodrow Dolarhyde (Cowboys & Aliens 2011) – ENTJ

Colonel Dolarhyde was the fictional tyrannical leader of a small village in the wild wild west. Although he starts the movie being unliked and a bit narcissistic, he soon changes his ways when his son is kidnapped and he shows his leadership and he learns to trust those he once called enemies to fight the aliens.

With leadership skills and confidence, Col.Dolarhyde is a commander or ENTJ. Like Dolarhyde ENTJs project authority in a way that draws crowds and makes people want to die for them. He takes the situation as a challenge and instead of running he puts his biases aside and works to defeat the aliens.

9 Rick Deckard (Bladerunner 1982;2017) – ISTJ

Rick Deckard is the bounty hunter, in charge of destroying androids that come from off-world planets into earth. In the 1982 film, he starts off as a cocky and selfish cop, with no regard for android or human life, just destroying and taking pride in his work. He later had a change of heart and was able to change his personality to a more empathetic and wise person who thinks before they act.

His growth and his strong will are best defined by an ISTJ. Logisticians are very practical and are very stubborn to change in their ways, but only do when the person they respect or admire pushes them to, much like Deckard and Rachael.

6 Col. Hyrum Graff (Ender’s Game 2013) – ESTJ

Graff was a true Executive, he knew what to say to bring his academy together and to bring people closer. He was strong-willed and very stubborn along with being hard to impress.

1 Han Solo (Star Wars Saga 1977-2019) – ESTP

Another character that doesn’t need much of an introduction. Han Solo is the pilot of the Millennium Falcon and a general in the rebellion, most importantly one-third of the original trilogy trio. We could go on and on Han Solo but the gist is he’s a cocky and brash pilot that seems to march to his own beat, especially when it comes to listening to authority.

Han loves life on the edge, only looking out for himself, which is why he is perfectly defined as an ESTP. He doesn’t take things seriously but always seems to come through and is especially good at leading although he usually doesn’t have an interest in it.
