Warning! Potential spoilers for My Hero Academia below!

A stunning piece of fan art showcases All Might from My Hero Academia’s amazing heroism while paying tribute to the series in newly imagined comic book form. Artist @Ninesicks shared his incredible fan-made comic book cover for an All Might series, which captures the hero’s selfless attitude as he saves people from a burning bus. The Alex Ross-like image imagines what All Might could look like starring in Western Comics.

All Might is formerly the greatest hero in the My Hero Academia universe, whose One For One Quirk made him one of the strongest beings ever. However, it turns out All Might was injured during a battle with a supervillain, which forced him to ration the time he could appear as the buff hero and left him in his sickly, more human form. After seeing the Quirkless Izuku Midoriya risk his life despite being born without any abilities, All Might decides to mentor the young hero and pass his All For One Quirk down to him and help train him to become the next greatest hero on Earth.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

On his Reddit and Twitter account, artist Nathaniel Himawan (@ninesicks) shared his comic book cover for a hypothetical All Might series. All Might strikes a smile on the cover as he’s carrying multiple people away from a burning bus. It’s quite the heroic pose and very much in the same vein as Alex Ross’ iconic work for Marvel and DC Comics. Considering how much My Hero Academia creator Horikoshi Kohei loves Western superhero comicsas the series was largely inspired by them and even featured secret cameos – he would likely love this incredible piece of fan art.

Himawan’s cover will have readers longing for a Western adaptation of All Might’s adventures. It would be a lot of fun to see Marvel or DC Comics do a crossover comic where All Might battles alongside some of the greatest superheroes ever. Can you imagine how cool it would be to see All Might team up with the likes of Superman and Batman? It would be so fantastic to read.

With the striking Alex Ross-like comic book cover, Himawan has captured what makes All Might such an amazing hero while paying tribute to the comics that ultimately inspired My Hero Academia to begin with. It’s a brilliant piece of work, and we’d love to read the real thing someday.
