Marvel fans are no strangers to this in-game reconstruction, with one fan recently completing Iron Man’s MCU mansion in Minecraft survival at a breathtaking level of detail.

Using either of the game’s two contrasting game modes, Minecraft players have built some truly spectacular works throughout the sandbox title’s history. Creative mode gives players the power of flight and access to an unlimited roster of resources, making it a safe and efficient way to bring designs to life. Meanwhile, survival mode forces Minecraft players to manually collect blocks before reusing them for a project, and various threats make finishing a build much more difficult. Survival builds are therefore a risky affair, but many gamers have embraced this challenge and accomplished some awe-inspiring feats. For example, an enormous Minecraft survival custom mountain build was completed by a team of players through sheer determination.

A Redditor, Minecraft player and Marvel fan named skineal has built the iconic Avengers Tower within survival mode. The headquarters of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes has been featured within the pages of Marvel Comics for years, but skineal’s rendition of the building seems to be specifically based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe version. The glass and white concrete needed to complete the superhero tribute, built in about a week inside a survival server, was impressively collected by hand. Players can explore the interior of the tower’s base, though the memorable lounge at the top of Avengers Tower is not modeled.

While large-scale Minecraft builds are always impressive, especially when completed in survival mode, other resources can lead to smaller and more complex recreations. For example, one player recently completed a Squid Game glass bridge Minecraft build using various mechanical tools. Netflix’s beloved survival drama sees players compete in various challenges, with one episode daring players to cross a bridge made of either sturdy or fragile glass. The Minecraft user recreated this scenario using glass blocks, pressure plates and dispensers, with the glass shattering if users choose the wrong side of the bridge.

Paying homage to one of pop culture’s most well-known buildings, skineal’s Minecraft Avengers Tower is a heroic sight to behold. The impressive Marvel tribute was completed in a survival server, meaning each block was lovingly collected and placed by hand. The effort was certainly worth it, with skineal’s Avengers Tower serving as a beautiful and effective base for any superpowered survivalist.
